Question about renewing...

There seems to be some trouble with my DUNGEON subscription renewal. I have inquired by e-mail on 3/9, 3/15, and 3/23 but have received no response. Can someone here kindly post back or e-mail me at kroseman@apptechnc.net?

Just to sum up, I renewed my DUNGEON subscription online on January 31 and my Visa was charged $38.95. Yet, I continue to receive renewal notices. My account, if viewed online, says I have zero issues remaining. Also, I received two copies of issue #121.

Hey Karl,

I've fixed your subscription for you and I've given you a free issue for the duplicate DU121 you received. We were having some trouble with our junk filter mis-filtering emails and since the only email I show is the one from the 23rd, I'll guess that your others were junked. Sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if we can do anything else.
