No response via email...


Customer Service


Hello,

I sent an email to customer service (Fri, 18 Feb 2005 21:47:10 -0800 (PST)) according to yahoo. I am looking at the sent mail now and can confirm I spelled the email address correctly and have also received no bounce notifications.

I have yet to receive a response from customer service, or for that matter, a single issue of my subscription to Dragon.

According to my account information I have 9 issues left in my subscription. I was going to subscribe to Dungeon, however am loathe to toss any more money out a virtual window. I was originally prepared to be patient since this is a new subscription. However, at this point it appears I'm losing money as well as missing issues.

I can confirm that the mailing address on my account is correct because I have received back issues from Paizo to the same address already. In fact, the subscription was ordered at the same time as the back issues.

I had a similar problem in the past after I joined the military and moved to a new location. I emailed customer service and received an excellent response. They basically sent me all the issues that I missed out on except for a couple that they did not have in stock. The few they could not send me they credited my subscription account.

Just thought you might like to know that they do seem to have good customer service, even if sometimes it takes a bit for them to respond.

Just wanted to followup. I sent another email that was also ignored, however they did call me back when I left a voicemail. At least long distance is included in my cellular plan.

Once I actually had someone to talk to, they were great!
