Updated Greyhawk City map for 3.5

3.5/d20/OGL

Any chance we gamers can get an updated Greyhawk City map for 3.5 to go along with the awesome looking Greyhawk world maps from Dungeon ?

Dark Archive

That would be awesome...

Well, it would be cool that in the issue that the city map came in, the City of Greyhawk would be featured as an in-depth backdrop. For those of us with only the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer's info to go on, it would be a very popular issue (the Gazetteer is great though, I love reading through it and discovering the world of Greyhawk).

Yes, yes, YES!

This map would be very useful, not just for us GH gamers, but for everyone who can use a quality medieval-style fantasy city map. Plus, Paizo could fit the thing on one or two map sheets, and thus not have to budget as much for it as they did for the map of the whole setting.

There's a lot of older GH stuff out there, if you're looking for fluff. If you're looking for crunch, then Dungeon or homemade seems to be the best option.

That would be cool. If I hadn't been a Dungeon subscriber already, I would have definitely purchased the 4 magazines that had the Greyhawk maps in them.

A City of Greyhawk map would be great. I downloaded the CC2 version off the Wizards website, but it would look better printed out BIG!

I have a feeling that the "Age of Worms" adventure path in Dungeon is going to have a map of the "Free City" that looks pretty much like Greyhawk.

"If it looks like a duck..."

However, I find it interesting that the seedy side of the "Free City" is what is being played up in that AP. Mr. Mona indicated that the city's alignment would be NE with CE overtones... though I always considered the city to be N. Or am I misinterpreting his words? Or is it a slightly different version of the "Free City"?

There are dozens of 'free cities' in Greyhawk.

I think Erik stated recently that the Free City would *not* get a map in AP2.

My guess is that such a map would hurt the series' ability to remain somewhat generic.

However, it is stated in a sidebar that this one is called "Greyhawk". Sorry to hear it won't be getting a map though.
