I'll look at the advertized number of cards for each decks, and guesstimate the number of spells of that tradition in PC2, and compare to pre-remaster:
Deck: 160+
PC: 137
So... PC2 should have ~23~32 divine spells.
CRB 149 + APG 23 = 172 pre-remaster divine spells in "core".
So we lost ~3 to 11ish divine
Note that I said "lost", but many were combined from multiple spell into a single one (Light/Dancing Light, as the easiest example.)

I got my PC2 book PDF! So, here the results for my Guesstimates!
Deck: 160+ | PC: 137
PC2: Estimated ~23~32 | Actual: 32
For a total of: 137 + 32 = 169
Spot on the largest possible value! [+1]
CRB + APG = 172 spells, so we "lost" 3 spells.

Is the art the same as the current cards?
Close. I compared to my divine cards based on the "preview" we can see on the box.
- While they use the same character art, it's zoomed a little bit differently.- The "Divine" tag on top now has the ORC-green background with fancy borders instead of the tan + simple borders old cards had.
- The "P" circle on the bottom right corner is gone, replaced by the full Pathfinder logo.
- The border is almost same color, but new one is more rounded, organic, and with more vibrant colors.
All the other traditions have same character art with slight differences in the borders too, and the same replacement of the top "tag" and bottom "P".
Focus have the exact same border, but the other changes are the same.
