Is there still aproblem with the pdf versions of Pathfinder Flip-Tiles: Monster Lairs and Starfinder Flip-Mat: Metropolis?
I tried to check the forums only to find that the Customer Service Forum is now defunct! It was a great resource for following the progress of ongoing issues without having to bother customer support.
