My subs got cancelled ?

Dear Pazio,

I just noticed on My Account page that all my subscriptions are
cancelled, and that my order 1248695 is cancelled as well. I have made
no request for this, please advise !

I'm not sure what happened here, and I am very sorry for the mix up!

I have reinstated all of your subscriptions, and fixed your orders. We will get your Bestiary shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, canceling your subscriptions reset your combined shipping choice to "Never Hold Anything". Please take a moment to stop by your My Subscriptions page to re-select your preferred option.

Thanks for the assistance, Cosmo. However, it seems that this order just won't die. Could you swap shipping method to USPS Priority and remove the dice set from this order, as it is apparently holding it up ?

I don't know whether this is related (the thread title just sounded similar to what I'm seeing), or if it's even a problem (there may be some logical explanation I'm not aware of)? But my Subscriptions page used to list products through to December under "Estimated current shipping and handling", but now it's only displaying October.

I did change my shipping option from "Hold to ship with Adventure Path" to "Hold for monthly shipment", because I thought my Bestiary would ship sooner. Actually, I'd be happy if it shipped last week, but I wasn't sure what consequences "Never hold anything" would have, eg would the three items currently sitting in my sidecart ship in three separate packages?

Anyway, it just looked a bit wierd seeing November and December product schedule suddently disappear, so I thought I'd mention it.

This is a completely separate issue, actually. And not one whose cause is immediately apparent. It appears to be a simple display bug on your My Subscriptions page.

There is nothing remiss about your subscriptions, and in the short term (until we can get this bug fixed) you can use the generalized Product Schedule to see your expected upcoming shipments. This list uses the same information as your My Subscriptions page, but without the filter of your subscriptions or combined shipping method.
