Just bought the new Pathfinder Hardcover a week or two ago from my local hobby store (Great book BTW!). My only issue is that the first several pages of the book are slowly becoming lose and are detaching from the binding. The pages don't appear to have been glued correctly when the book was assembled. In fact, some of the pages were stuck together which became slightly damaged when attempting to pry them apart.
Is this something I should address with my hobby retailer or with Paizo (Or, am I just SOL)?

You are not SOL. :)
However, since this copy of the book went out via distribution, it is better for our record-keeping if it gets returned and replaced via the same route. This means that you should first check with the hobby retailer and see if they will do the exchange for you.
If not, let me know and I will see that your book is replaced.
thanks,
