Before Subdomains came into the picture, you were right that it was a much closer call. Including Subdomains, though, Supernatural abilities more than triple Spell-like abilities.
The specific power I had in mind is Inspiring Command from the Leadership Subdomain. I'm making a Temple Champion Paladin of Abadar.

Hmm... I don't think there's any way to make Inspiring Command a swift action. Since it's not offensive you can't use things like Domain Strike or conductive weapons, and there's no "Quicken Supernatural Ability."
Maybe consider an alternative method of giving your allies a small boost. The Inspiring Word ability of the standard nobility domain is spell-like and therefore quickenable, and the feat Battle Cry is also a swift action. But honestly, as a paladin with blessings your swift action economy will already be pretty tight. Combat Advice could be nice if you frequently have free move actions, as could Flagbearer if you can carry a flag.

Well I won't pretend to know how familiar you are with the Temple Champion archetype, but you essentially pick a Domain at 4th level, and at 5th level you pick up the Warpriest Lesser Blessing of the same name, and then the Major Blessing at 11th level.
So it's not so much as I'm in love with the Inspiring Command Domain power, but that I'm building up to the Lead by Example Major Blessing, and am forced to choose the Nobility Domain to get there. The Inspiring Word power from the standard Nobility Domain is fine, but it's basically the exact same power as the Minor Blessing I'll get the very next level, and doesn't stack with IT, or the Major Blessing, being a Morale Bonus. The Subdomain grants an Insight Bonus, which stacks nicely.
That's a bit disappointing that after so much added content since CRB, there's never been a Domain speed-up option, barring corner cases like Quicken SLA (which a DM could very understandably veto anyway), or Domain Strike. Thanks for all of your suggestions on the matter, though!
