One thing for future APs...(and I haven't checked to see if these ones did this, I don't have the APs in front of me)...but is there at least one of each new monster from the Bestiary in each set? Some of the newer APs contain monsters that don't actually appear in the adventure but fit the "flavor" of the adventure. It would be nice to be sure we get at least one of each in the minis sets so that GMs can expand their adventres.
Yup, I love it and I'm still making demands...
Still, awesome set...especially the Rune Giants....now I have something to put on the table when my players decide to go off-script while playing Crown of the Kobold King... :))

The way the APs work, there is at least one, if not many, of the AP bestiary monsters appearing in the adventure. I have taken your latter concern into account already...
...We're not quite done with Rise of the Runelords. Stay tuned! ^_^

Thanks for the review, I'm glad you like it! I was very excited to unleash these giants on everyone. They were a blast to make!

So CJ is still doing some ROTR minis?

You will soon see what I'm up to!

I have been waiting for this one. I was so scared Karzoug might be less detailed than he should be, but you proved me wrong good sir. I absolutely love this set!
Let's get critical
I'll admit, the horror tree kind of makes me laugh but i still can't wait to use it!
Ghlorofaex feels a little cartoonish
I LOVE the plethora of giants in this set. So many adventures I can do involving giants now. Very happy about this!
Ceoptra seems a bit lackluster.
The Denizens of Leng are well done and fit any number of 'alien' creatures I want to use in the future
Viorian should be large. Any tips to print her out as a large mini?
Again, Karzoug was spot on. Very pleased. Thank you!
Overall I love the set! Alot of useful miniatures to use outside of the adventure path (DID I MENTION THE GIANTS!!!!)

It might even be useful to have Viorian in both sizes. In my campaign, the party dispelled her permanent enlarge person spell during combat.
Awesome sets, by the way. With the hardcover coming and these minis out I'd love to play it again!

I did just that, in case someone brought her back down to size. ;-)
And thank you very much, I'm glad you like the sets. I was not aware of the anniversary edition so it was very cool to hear the news!

Not yet, but I hope to take pictures of all the mini's in action. My group starts RotRL (3.5 unfortunately) tonight. I've got paper mini's ready to go and with the help of Gaming Paper and markers, I have relatively detailed maps to boot! I'll try to take some pictures and post them when I get a chance!

Updates for the AE:
The Haunted Chain is large
1 Frost Worm
1 Silas Vekker
1 Bjormundal (frost giant)
24 Mountain Auroch ( don't think THIS many are needed, the book just says that this many are sent in a stampede)
2 Scarlet Walker
Ghlorofaex is now a Very Old Blue Dragon (gargantuan)
3 Leng Spider
4 Lamia (no longer have lamia harridans)
2 Lamia Hungerer
1 Astradaemon
1 Ayruzi (planetar angel)
1 Shemhazian Demon
1 Adult Blue Dragon
Viorian Dekanti is now medium
No longer have dread wraiths

More pictures for your viewing pleasure!
The PC's facing down the Horror Tree
Fight against the Wendigo (note the moose animal companion on the porch)
The Root of the Tangle (supplemented with paper minis from the Order of the Stick Kickstarter)
Fight against Ghlorofaex (note the two dragons. Mirage a very fun ability, and this is a perfect illustration of why the paper mini format is useful! Unfortunately, the dragon is Gargantuan now, not Huge, so I had to extend his base.)
Piercing the Spire! (The dragons got some good use here again, this time as summoned T-Rexes :-)

WOW! Great pics, Tamago! I didn't realize you were this close to finishing the AP.
I'm soooo happy to see a Rune Giant in action on the table. That made my day. :-)
Thanks! I'm glad to be of service! :-)
My players have been blazing through Spires of Xin-Shalast. They skipped right over most of the lower city and are in the Pinnacle now. I figure 2-3 more sessions before they make it to Karzoug.
Unfortunately, you won't get to see Big K as a paper mini, because I decided that as the campaign's final villain, Karzoug really deserved a metal figure. So I've spent the last couple weekends painting the Reaper mini in excruciating detail so he will be ready for the big showdown :-)

Two more pics before the big final fight:
The Party fighting in the Chamber of the Anima Focus
Another from the same battle. note the use of candy pumpkins for the Summoner's minions. The Giant ate well that day ;-)
