Could I please get an update on order 1379722? This was placed on Tuesday 9Mar10 to a gift card visa (thus I'm certain that it's been charged properly) and is still shown as pending. As this is a birthday present for a birthday on 23Mar10, it's important to me that it ship in time to arrive by that date.

The item you've ordered has an estimated shipping time of 5 to 11 business days, and we are still within this time-frame. You placed the order on 3/9, and 5 business days from this date is tomorrow. Eleven business days from the date of purchase is March 24th. After the product ships, it should be in transit for about 4 to 8 business days. Putting these two estimates together, this means that your package should arrive sometime between Monday, March 22nd , and Monday, April 5th .
We can cut the transit time down with a higher grade of shipping (UPS 2nd Day or Next Day), but the initial estimate (5-11 business days) is the time it takes to bring the item in from distribution cannot be reduced.
If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, please let me know.

Whuff. I'm not sure how I missed that, guess I was in shiny gifting mode. I just clicked through to the page and there's no real notice of that up front? I had to click through to the order's display page to get an estimate, which disagrees with yours and shows 7 to 14 to ship from warehouse. Could you confirm that?
