Hello, can I have my Starfinder Maps subscription canceled please.

so I'm thinking with this news, there is going to be more pressure on the paizo website to download the pdf. so I say this in the best tone I can muster that makes me not a problem customer...

is there anyone at paizo organizing extra mirroring of the pdf?

I'm not telling anyone at paizo how to run you business or anything, just thinking it would be good to avoid the double disaster of not getting the book(soon-ish), and not being able to download the pdf.

P.S. is there any eta on Australia?

Because honestly, I'd vastly prefer to see Orcs rather than Goblins in the CRB. Orcs have a connection to core (half-orcs) and including them seems natural to help define what a half-orc is. Not to mention that they're already going to be printing Orc ancestry feats that half-orcs can take, so why not just go all the way and include them?

Goblins on the other hand are psychotic miscreants who won't be allowed in my home games. I know they're popular, but outside of goblin-only campaigns they don't really make much sense in the standard adventuring party.

Add me to this list...Orcs, yes...Goblins, no.

I just Tried to create an organized play - play-test Character and I got a message saying to choose a faction, however no factions are available to choose :-(

Please tell me that when the chronicle sheet comes out for this, there will be a boon called "Skittermander Admittance"! :-)

At first I was like "Grrrrrr, I really want the good spectrum of the alignment opened up because I really want to play a Chaotic Good 'Freedom' Pally" but if the new Pathfinder has Starfinder-esque elements (If I'm allowed to coin that term.) Then, I can take a theme like Priest, or plug an archetype like Divine champion into a rogue or a fighter, so I'm still going to hit the character concept I want anyway. also it looks like there is some hinting at the alignment spectrum getting opened up later. so I'll take a pass on pallys now with an eye on the awesome things I'm hoping to come for them in the future.

This is less a customer service issue as a GM prep issue.

Here is the blank custom map as 6 11"x17" page PDF or a single PNG.

For the future you should learn how to extract these yourself, Inkscape is free software though other PDF editing software can work as well.

Firstly thank you for that, doing the legwork on that, It was a good thing that you did.

Secondly Inkscape is what I have already been using on all of the other scenarios that have a **blank** copy of the custom map in the back of them. You see, I can use inkscape, but I don't always have the time to edit out the layer that would spoil things for my players.

The customer Service component was the fact I raised this in the product forum a week ago, and didn't hear back from anyone. if there had have been some reasonable response Paizo (within a weeks time frame,) then This thread would not be here (I understand, this sounds like I'm down on Paizo here, but I'm not, I'm just trying a different area, of the forums because the first area bore no fruit.)

now if I'm reading between the lines right, it looks like this post has upset you?!? (I don't know why, but you give me something reasonable to make up to you, I'll do it.)

On page 13 of Ashes of Discovery there is a Custom map, but there is no blank version of that map anywhere else. In the discussion forum for the product I mentioned this almost a week ago, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
My Venture Agent has scheduled me in to run this Scenario on the 12th, so I need the PDF within the next couple of days so I can have time to send it to the printers to be ready to run it.

It looks like this has previously been granted to your account through convention pdf requests.

If you are not seeing it on your My Downloads page right now - there is some odd behavior happening on the My Downloads page that the tech team is still looking into.

In the meantime, you should still be able to access your PDFs individually, if you go to the product page for that item, and the the “Downloads" tab (you can find that underneath the product information, next to the “Product Reviews” and “Product Discussion” tabs).

I've ordered this and I can't download it. I volunteered to GM at a convention in 2 days time, and this scenario was allocated to me, so unfortunately this is kind of urgent now. I've also started a thread in customer service. I'm just hoping someone at Paizo takes notice.

I've been trying to download this scenario, it's in my subscription, and I ordered it again just in case something went wrong, but the download link just isn't showing up (even though it's saying the scenario is in my digital downloads). the link on the product page doesn't appear, and searching my digital downloads I can't find it.

normally I would just wait, but I have been booked in to run this at a convention in 2 days time, so I really need this urgently :-(

any help I could get would be appreciated.

is the Example in (Proficiency Modifier) kind of like "Barbarians of Lemuria" where, it's something we expect your class to do, so add your class level to the modifier? or did I read this wrong?

Hello I got the e-mail as well, can someone from Paizo confirm we aren't going to get charged for "Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Class Decks" that we didn't order - please.

The issue I have with this is that the ONLY people who can not unlock a race boon is the GMs of non-RSP locations. I would like to see the current player race boon to be extended to those people, then everyone wins.

I sent an email about my Starfinder binding, with an attached photo (order 4382270) I got the automated email saying that my communication had been received, but nothing after that (Iv'e checked my spam filter and couldn't see anything there either.).

I've heard allot of positive feedback from others about Paizo getting back promptly about the Starfinder binding issues, so I'm not sure what I can do to get someone in Paizo to communicate with me about this?
