I do wish you had a 'pdf only' subscription. For now, shipping on the pawns is simply too much.

With order 2259899 I received Queen of Thorns.
I enjoyed it up till page 337, where the pages shifted down a centimeter or so in the binding and were cut off at the bottom, making it somewhat difficult to read (frustratingly enough this is in the middle of the big fight too) as the last few lines of each page are missing. (This occured until page 368.)

Unless this happened to every copy of the book, would it be possible to get a replacement copy?
