For one I'd be glad to see a unified answer on how to handle the bolt power at touch range. I've seen at least 3 different ways to handle that one! (mostly to with the question if the casting roll is that attack roll if its touch range do you get that +2 to hit for touch range to casting as well or do you still need to roll a 4+ etc)
