Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else. I was not able to find it. I have the following question: If you receive ability damage when casting a spell, do you have to do a concentration check? The rule says: "If you take damage while trying to cast a spell, you must make a concentration check with a DC equal to 10 + the damage taken + the level of the spell you're casting."

Many people by default read it as "hit point damage" but I can only see "damage", which is why I would think that a concentration check is required. But it would be great if somebody could point me to an official (or reliable) answer to this.

The situation that comes to my mind is, for example, being injured by the incorporeal touch of a shadow, that is Strength damage, while you are casting a spell.

Dear Customer Service,

On 3 July I emailed you about my order 21920547. It had shipped split into 3 packages between April 29 and May 1, but only one of the three packages arrived.

I patiently followed in this forum the updates on the processing of requests until my query was replied by email on September 4 with a question to me. I answered very quickly to that question, not even one hour after that email. Unfortunataly, one week after my reply, nothing has happened and Paizo Customer Service have not contacted me back. So, I am very worried that I will either will have to wait a few weeks until someone from Paizo Customer Service deals with this message on the forum, or two more months until my email reaches again the top of the queue. Obviously, I am not very happy with either given that it has been more than 4 months since the order shipped. I can understand and I have followed all the issues with the Customer Service limitations, but I cannot understand that, when finally my email is replied, the problem is not dealt until the end quickly by following up on the information that I was requested.

Please, when you read this message, contact me about the problem by email. I do not check this forum too often. Thanks.

Dear Paizo customer service,

I add the discount code paizocon2020, but nothing happens on the shopping cart. My understanding is that it applies with other discounts. Could you please have a look at my account/shopping cart (currently empty after several attempts)? I remember that in the past sometimes there have been problems with discount codes to go through. Thanks.

For clarification, I was trying to add normal currently available Paizo products.

Dear sirs

I have no other choice but to write here about my problem. I sent an email to Paizo customer service on October 15 reporting that I had not received Pathfinder Adventure Path #122 (order #4421612). Having not received any answer, I emailed again on October 25. No reply yet.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have seen this with Paizo customer service. I emailed this summer for a different issue and, after not receiving any answer after several emails and weeks, luckily I was able to sort the problem out by myself. However, that problem was about setting a different payment method and that delay caused me to miss the start of the Starfinder Adventure Path subscription, whose issue #1 now I have to wait for as a backorder that is on my sidecart since 2.5 months ago, not knowing when will be made effective.

I hope that by writing here, my request will have more visibility and somebody from Paizo customer service will contact me.
