Very excited to support a company that works with unionized workers. There are a ton of great examples of owners and unions working together, and encourage Paizo owners and management to seek out ways of recognizing the union as legitimate and necessary for the sustainability of their business model. THIS is how you differentiate in the market - not just in your progressive content, but in your actions and governance model.
Our group is seriously considering moving to PF2 because of this AP and it will depend on the Player's Guide! Can't wait.
