By navigating around the store pages for products that hadn’t arrived, I found this page that includes the missing products including two that I missed before, Flip Tiles Fire Cave Expansion and th Extinction Curse Pawn Collection. I can’t get to this page from my order history; it looks like it’s stuck in some weird state. Please, help. https://paizo.com/paizo/account/orders/v5748a8ilrmco ![]()

Sorry for the long, quoted emails, but it's the best way to show the steps I've taken so far. Chuck Childers

It has been a little short of a month since my original request for help. To summarize: I was never sent Starfinder Adventure Path #32 or Pathfinder Adventure Path #159 although I'm subscribed to both Adventure Paths and was at the time these came out. I was never sent the print versions and the digital versions have never been added to my account. It's possible other items were never sent. Since then, I've received subsequent items in this subscription, including getting notification today that I was being sent this month's publications in both Adventure Path subscriptions, including the start of a new adventure path for Starfinder. Please, at least let me know that you've received this. I am also sending this from an alternate email address, garmr.childers@gmail.com, in case the problem is that you're not receiving email from Comcast. I'd really like the two missing books and to find out if I missed any others. We started the Starfinder adventure path before this problem started and my husband was looking forward to running Agents of Edgewatch at some time in the future. Kind regards, Chuck Childers

*sigh* First sentence has a typo; should be: "It looks like a couple of subscription items..." Chuck Childers
Hello, It looks like a coupon of subscription items didn't get sent to me or added to my digital downloads, while I got the shipment notice and the digital downloads for each series's subsequent chapter a couple days ago. The titles that got skipped, as far as I can tell, include:
If you need any other information, please let me know. Thank you in advance for any help. We're currently playing Devastation Ark and preparing to run Agents of Edgewatch, so we're looking forward to the books. Kind regards,

Thank you to Paizo's employees, volunteers and fans! This was the first Paizocon for me and my husband, and we enjoyed every moment of it, including: * The Puzzle Hunt by Jason Keeley and Joe Pasini, which we couldn't have finished without clues from Joe * The ACG Open where we came in 2nd (by two points!); congrats to Team Corsair! * The Special, with our table being run and excellently acted out by our GM from the Tri-Cities * Starfinder, Deadly Weapons, run by Logan Bonner; a fun preview and one-shot experience * The Queering Your World panel with Judy Bauer, Crystal Frasier, and James L. Sutter See you next year! ![]()

Paizo team, I think you all are doing a wonderful thing. I'm a big fan of the Extra Life charity, and I'm (obviously) a huge fan of Pathfinder. I'm doing all I can to spread the word about the Humble Bundle with the caveat that it may be a while before new folks experience the great material and customer service I've always had from you guys. I've been where you're at and I know it can be disheartening, but I always wish you all the best. Kindest regards,
Ps. I really miss Cort's homegrown Voyager game (just before the show, so the title wasn't taken yet), where we would repeatedly go into hyperspace in a planet's atmosphere despite the crazy odds that disaster would happen. Good times and - geez - decades ago! |
