Thanks a million for the replacement order and dealing with my updates! If the original ever arrives I'll be sure to refuse it as I don't need two ancestry guides for sure. I was hopeful you were correct as well but alas even my mail delivery driver was unaware of a package with my name on it in the last few days. Town of less than 1200 it's usually a safe bet it's a no when they so! I will be viligantly looking out for the package to finally search it's depths! Thanks as always for the great support! ![]()

Alas, it has been 5 full days since the tracking has shown delivery with no update or notice changes. This book of new races shall be mine yet I daresay! Hiya support Gurus! My package for this order is showing having been delivered via the carrier link sometime this morning. Unfortunately, no packages were dropped today at the time stamp on the tracking or at the same time as my regular mail drop off. I'm not sure what to do now, please help! ![]()

Hey there, In checking my recent subscription notes and history, I see that the last item I got from the Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription was: Pathfinder Adventure Path #162: Ruins of the Radiant Siege (Agents of Edgewatch 6 of 6) shipped by 12/01/20 via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2 to 5 business days in transit) The next item coming to me is: Next volume:
It seems that the January subscription was mistakenly skipped for the account and it's hopped directly to February instead. Is there a way I can instead get the first Abomination Vault through the subscription first, then follow up with the second one? I don't see a way to do it without stopping that specific sub, then restarting it and choosing it as an option (which I'm not sure would even work). I'd rather keep the subscription length and simply choose the first volume if at all possible! ![]()

Please disregard my issue, the system was able to finally let me update the default payment method on the subscription section AND the failed order!! For those that may not be aware, when you replace or change a card you MUST go to the subscription section and update the payment method once it's been added to your account! You will also need to update it for all failed orders as well! ![]()

Sorry for going this route, but the issue on my account has begun to affect my subscriptions and I'm unable to do it myself! Long story short, needed a new debit card and simply can't update it on file. New one is on the account already and has been for a bit but simply can't be switched over for some reason. I originally reached out via email on 8/23 about updating it, then replied to the same thread on 8/31, and again today when I realized that it's stopped my current shipment. Hopefully this is a quick and easy win for you guys and you close out my other request! Appreciate all you do, I work in the CS industry myself and know how times are crazy right now! |
