Sorry about the wait, I'll be submitting Kinsley Harish, she is a Suli Elemental Knight Magus. Backstory: Kinsley was born in Ilizmagorti to a poor dwarven woman named Isadora out of wedlock. A small group of Kols faithful in the city took Isadora under their wing, protecting her and her newborn out of a sense of duty. as Kinsley grew older she became more and more irksome to the faithful of Kols in her rejection of all they asked of her and her refusal to join the faith. It also became clear that Kinsley was not of pure dwarven stock, her eyes that had been a deep amber when she was born had faded to be almost entirely clouded by the time she was 7, she also was maturing much faster than would normally be expected, her proportions also began to shift from the standard dwarven ones.
the tension came to a head when Kinsley was 17, she had become extraordinarily rebellious, and when asked to purchase food for the small sect she took the money to the lower district and gambled it away losing all of it when she returned with no food or money her mother was given a choice, cast out Kinsley alone or leave with her. Isadora eventually gave in and cast out her own daughter, Kinsley saw this as the final breaking point and cut off all contact she might have otherwise had with Isadora, she joined a pirate crew where she quickly learned she had some natural affinity for fire magic, she learned how to use weapons and honed her skill with magic, she stayed with the crew for 3 years starting to craft her legend, before traveling into Port Peril with her crew now with far more weight to her actions and strength behind her words then she had ever enjoyed before on land. she decided to go out for a night of revels at the Formidably Maid where she was set upon by thugs and kidnapped.

He was born in Olfden to a pair of merchants. His parents specialized in the esoteric and psudomagical area, Edward became enamored early in his life with fortune-telling and myths, he dreamed he might eventually help to direct those who could topple the logging consortium and instate a more benign regime, but never dreamed that he might be one of them himself. a few years ago he went back to his harrowing deck read his own fates and found that the time had come, he had a role to play in some prophecy at Falcons Hollow. So he packed his bags and took his life along with him across the Vale into the Hollow that had worried him so, assuming shortly when he read the fates again he would find his destiny, after the first few years serving as a fortune teller at Falcons Hollow he found he was sorely mistaken. it would be another 25 years of living in Falcons Hollow before he found his opportunity. 2. I'm definitely interested. 1) I am open to gestalt or not, though I have found that with gestalt it is often best to keep party size smaller (3-4) 2) Background skills are great 3) Someone earlier mentioned story feats, I think they fit great here and have wanted to use them previously but never found it to be worth the slot so I'd be interested 4) number of traits I don't really care all that much about.
Name: Giovanni Gritti
Backstory:
Giovanni Gritti was born to an aristocratic Venetian family in 1533. As his parents were strong Franciscans from age 8 he was raised almost entirely in the Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari in a communal primary school.
After six years Giovanni had finished their program fully at which point, he requested that his parents send him to the University at Bologna to study rhetoric and astronomy. He studied there for three years and became enamored with poetry and astral navigation.
He knew that his parents approved of his study of poetry and rhetoric so he would propose a trip to the new world to convert the natives and write a poem on the beauty of the world and cultures that God had created there. The Bishop of Venice approved of the idea and so Giovanni was booked passage as the lead navigator on the Santa Maria de Camino bound for the Americas at the start of 1554. The night before the start of the third week of their journey began disaster struck as a storm the likes of which Giovanni had never heard of intercepted the ship. Giovanni lost track of the sky by which he was navigating and the crewmen were doing all they could just to keep the ship from foundering. they fought long and hard for what seemed like days without light before seeing the peek of sunlight coming up over what looked like land on the horizon, suddenly the sea and sky went quiet for a moment … before exploding with movement as waves crashed from every direction and lightning slammed into the sea. The waves blew the rudder clean off of the hull as the lightning cracked through the sails setting them ablaze, men began to dive off the ship and try to swim for land but were sent into the ship by the waves. As a large wave came crashing onto the ship Giovanni’s vision went black. Next thing he knew Giovanni had awoken on the coast of what he assumed was America with a number of strange-looking fishermen helping him up, they led him to a city where he was told that his arrival had been prophesied and he was to aid the land. Not knowing what to do but desiring to find those who had been lost in the shipwreck Giovanni figured that this was as good a place as any to start.
Here is the backstory for Giovanni a Venetian scholar, if you need stats to pick I'll be happy to make those but figured I'd start with this and ask if you want more.
I'm very interested, my initial thoughts having only read through the heroic paths and not the rest of the lore yet (So I'm not entirely sure that it will work) is a poet coming from Elizabethan Italy who was sailing for the new world but was somehow called to the Odessy. He'd be a bard going into the College of Epic Poetry going down the Path of the Lost One and obviously would be human.

She arrived in Trunau about 3 years ago well searching for religious iconography of the giants who live around Trunau as well as other magical or culturally significant items. After finding a number and seeing that the stream did slow Celena set up shop in Trunau so to speak. 4. What job do you have in Trunau? How do you make a living Celena is an explorer and cartographer, she makes maps and sells items she finds in her adventures (She also keeps a fair number for herself). She only stays in town for a week or two at a time before venturing back out, after all, maps are only good as long as they are accurate, and when you're dealing with migrating giants who may well kill travelers they aren't accurate for long. 5. Here's my first draft at a backstory for my new guy Reizi, He is going to be an Oracle of Sheyln with the Lame curse and Whimsy revelation. Backstory: Reizi was born into a large lumbering family based on the Turandarok river in Sandpoint. He grew up playing with other kids around the miller's district only seeing people who were out of poverty when they were on their way to the theatre or buying new clothing from Vernah. He grew to resent his family's social status.
When Reizi was 16 his father had him working in the mill steadying wood as it was being cut but it was soon found that he had no talent for that and so he was placed at the controls for the track, within moments of him taking them up the entire machine broke down. Reizi was dismissed so he went to the theater. There he met Ameiko a young Aspiring singer who had some disdain for the owner Cyrdak an opinion that Reizi shared. They decided to pull a prank on Cyrdak by dirtying a puddle just outside the exit of the theater after it had rained hoping to get him to come out in his fancy dress and mess it all up. Reizi then entered the theater unasked and started lightly making a ruckus in order to get Cyrdaks attention, It seemed to work as Cyrdak chased him out of the theater but instead of jumping the puddle as Reizi and Ameiko had planned Reizi slipped on it twisted his ankle fell and hit the pavement hard enough that he knocked himself out cold. During his time unconscious, he saw what he would later find out was a Dapsara running to him and lifting him into a dance well speaking to him. As she waltzed with him she said or rather communicated without speaking "I am a servant of Shelyn The Eternal Rose, She has seen the possibility of greatness in you and wishes to foster it. She wishes to offer you power at the cost of your leg so you may protect that which is dear to her. How will you answer?" overwhelmed by the grace and beauty of this being Reizi without thinking projected a single word that seemed to almost explode into a chorus well in the presence of this creature "Yes!" The Dapsara spun Reizi as she continued "Good, The Lady of Chrysanthemums will offer you the ability to call upon her holy might to use a portion of her power so you might protect Ameiko and aid her in her endeavors. Foster her growth and create a masterpiece. However, your leg will never heal. This is the burden you must carry to remind you of the grace of Shelyn. It is time for you to go and face your life. Thank you" she finished before spinning him one last time downward into a hospital bed. He awoke with his family gathered around as well as Ameiko. "Oh thank the gods!" His mother said "They said you wouldn't make it but I knew my Reizi could soldier through!" "Yes, but his leg won't heal, the clerics say every time they set it pulls out of alignment as though some other force is keeping it there, what will we do with you." his father interjects looking over towards him, "first you damage the mill and now rack up these bills here, you're going to, no you may well have already bankrupted us, and your another mouth to feed despite the fact that you'll be unable to do any work! "I can take him in then." Amiko chimed in, "My brother just left town so we have an extra room." His father accepted almost instantly wanting to be rid of what he saw as a burden. his family left town soon after looking to make a new life. Amiko then went off and joined Sandru as an adventurer, Reizi wanted to join but his powers had yet to manifest and his leg still wouldn't set so he had to stay. He longed to leave Sandpoint as it reminded him of his father who he resented and his family who he missed. When Amiko came back she purchased the Rusty dragon which Reizi helped her run for the next number of years. Reizi tried and tried again to convince Amiko to leave especially after the deaths of almost her entire family but until recently she had been hesitant. However, Reizi has been making progress in convincing her of late.

Sure, I've got two ideas forming in my head and one fits the ranged Damage type, though not energy per se. I'll present a short bit on each of them here I figure I could make both but if the GM/Group would prefer the applicant to be one or the other I'll focus on them. Theodora (Metahuman Opera Singer):
Theodora was the lead Metzo at Colorado Opera House when it was destroyed 3 weeks ago. Just as the Climax of "E' dessa" a nearby shot rang out. It would later be determined that this shot was from the balcony and was dark matter being showed upon the crowd and performers. Theodora's note hung in the air strangely ringing out for a good 5 seconds after she had stopped singing and able to be heard over the panicked shouts of the crowd which also seemed amplified. then the Public Adress system came on and the feedback became deafening as it crystalized in the air around Theodora before exploding outwards into the ceiling blowing the roof off of the opera house. This caused the panic to amplify and others in the audience began to exhibit Metahuman behavior one man's arm lit on fire which he panicked tried to put out setting the seats on fire. another woman began floating up through the new hole in the ceiling and many others had other strange occurrences. Will add more detail and further backstory if I go with this one Maxwell Stephens (Untrained Inventor): Maxwell was in the audience of that fateful night at the Opera House. He worked as a Project Manager at the Local Palmer Tech Installation. He had begun thinking of moving to corporate after being given a leadership opportunity due to Raymond himself seeing Marot in a series of side projects Maxwell had been working on. They happened to be inventions to help secure the nearby Grand Junction which had been experiencing a spike of supercriminal activity. He had made a Size reshaping ray modeled after Rays suits technology but focusing on others instead, a personal teleportation portal among other things Maxwell would be a support-esqe character buffing up the team and debuffing enemys
