Diceros is in a contemplative mood as he stares into the fire.
"Killing...troubles me. How is it up to me to decide life and death for Nature? I am torn knowing that death is a part of nature; there is no end to the circle of life. And yet...I don't wish to die, so how can I wish it on someone else? And does that person's "goodness" or "evilness" matter in that decision? After all, good and evil are a part of Nature as well. Who is to say that either requires my response?"
Diceros shakes his head, lost in thought.
"Still, though, these weeks exploring, mapping, fighting...these have truly been the best weeks of my life! I never was welcomed in my own tribe, never felt like I belonged anywhere except with my mother. But out here, with all of you, with Pygmy, adventuring...I have found a place I belong. I thank you all for that."
