I am currently having an argument with a couple of friends who have the above mentioned boon in the spoiler (I don't know how to spoiler tag). They say that since they don't see that that character will be able to fulfill the travel condition in that boon, they just want to say they had it done between adventures and claim the above spoiler mentioned reward.
I say that doing that is not legal and they have to wait and see if the fulfillment condition comes up in a future scenario.
