Hi there, I hate to post this sort of thing on the forums but I'm kind of left with no other options.

I ordered a few things from paizo.com on July 31. I messaged customer service because they hadn't shipped by August 9. I received a prompt reply from Customer Service at that time stating that my order hadn't shipped because all of the items were not available but as they had just become available, it'd be shipping right away.

By August 14, my order had arrived however it was incorrect.

I ordered:
1 x Pathfinder Combat Pad
1 x Pathfinder Map Pack: Ruined Village

I received:

1x Starfinder Combat Pad
1x Pathfinder Map Pack: Village Sites

On August 14, I emailed customer service, along with a photo of what I'd received. No response.

I emailed again on August 17. No response.

Again, on August 24. No response.

I've called and left a message with my name, number, and order number. No response.

Does your customer service department still exist?

All I want to do is to get an address label to return these items and get what I ordered originally over a month ago. I've been ordering items from Paizo for almost a decade now and have never had a lack of response like this.

If customer service does happen upon this forum, please message me.


Having an issue where two items appear, I vote for one and then rather than going to the next item set - those same two items appear again. Voted for the same one again, rinse, repeat. Only displaying those same two items - I've stopped voting for now since I don't want to stack one person's item unnecessarily due to a glitch.
