from the eldritch scion archetype, i'm specifically looking at the bold part

This ability changes the Arcane Pool class feature and replaces the magus arcana gained at 3rd level.

now using bladebound as an example the specific text says this ability, which according to eldritch scion should affect the eldritch pool.

I think this is a case of specific trumping general, the general being that two archetypes can not replace or modify the same ability.as a side not this only effects bladebound, greensting, and card caster, the rest that alter the arcane pool also alter spell recall, or knowledge pool.

now then could someone explain to me why this is supposedly wrong, and thank you for helping clear my confusion.

fist off I don't have a Dhampir boon for this character. that said I've just finished finals and decided to build a character that is a resurrected vampire that slowly gains some of his vampiric abilities back.
the main goals I've had where some means to reliable do ability damage, a debilitating (or at least annoying) touch attack, and doesn't use weapons.I realize the last one means I'm going to be some sort of monk, brawler, sacred fist, or combination of the three.

the only real ideas I've had was eldritch heritage for the touch attack and pressure point ninja trick for the ability damage.I'm willing to give up the last goal to really make the character work. thanks in advance for the help.

I was trying to build a final fantasy dragoon when I say the ninja trick high jumper and then found the quarterstaff of vaulting along with a boots of the cat to solve my how to jump insanely high in PFS, but now that I look at the quarterstaff and high jump trick I have no idea how these stack or if they even stack at all.

primary question is do quarterstaff of vaulting and high jumper ninja trick stack and if they do how. thanks in advance for the answers.

I'm hoping they stack in my favor to a new DC of 1 per foot.

Rogue Talent: A slayer can select one of the following

rogue talents in place of a slayer talent: bleeding
attack*... ... If the rogue talent
has a prerequisite (such as the major magic rogue talent
requiring the minor magic talent), the slayer must fulfill
the prerequisite before taking that rogue talent. This
talent can be selected multiple times; each time, it grants
the slayer a new rogue talent.

so my question is can the slayer take minor/major magic rogue talents or is this a case of them strictly using it as an example.

I'm asking this for a character i'm going to start playing here soon hopefully. specifically i want the character to have 5 lvls of bladebound kensai then 2 lvl brawler after that i'm thinking of switching to either blade adept arcanist (which brings up the question how do bladebound and blade adept stack anyways.) or feral hunter for darkvision on call and lead blades + a couple other situation spells.

exploit in question
Eldritch Blade: A blade adept with this exploit uses her
caster level instead of her class level for the purpose of
advancing her bonded sword’s powers.

I have an idea for a kitsune black blade kensai 05/mutagenic mauler 08
she would use a black blade(dueling sword) until high lvls where she impales her opponent and then uses brawler's flurry to punch it to death. she would also serve as scout whenever possible. she would also try to make everyone think she is a cute little fox(black coloring red tips) whenever possible. this character would be for society games.
character's preferred skills would acrobatics, stealth, and disguise
stats are
STR 10
DEX 18
CON 12
INT 14
WIS 10
CHA 13

DS=dueling sword
the feats by lvl would be
1 weapon finesse, exotic weapon (DS)(kensai),weapon focus(DS)(kensai)
3 slashing grace
5 fox shape (kitsune), agile maneuvers
7 quick draw, dueling mastery
9 improved critical (DS)
10 Critical focus
11 weapon speciliztion (DS)
13 impaling critical, deadly finish

traits are reactionary (possible change to stealth class skill), disguise class skill, agile, kitsune magic

spells prepared by lvl would be
0 prestidigitation, ghost sound, arcane mark, light(may change this)
1 shocking grasp, shield, vanish, either mirror strike (not sure if it is any good) or floating disk (used as jump pad at lower lvls)
2 cat's grace, mirror images

so my question is are there better spells, feats, traits or ways of getting those spells, feats, or traits to do what I want (scout, and stab thing). also i apologize if this is hard to read and will take advice on how to make it easier to read so i can get better/quicker feedback.

thank you in advance.

is there a way for and animal companion or eidolon to get alter self as a spell like ability or something similar.

i'm trying to find a way for a kitsune to make people think that the animal companion or eidolon is the pc and the kitsune is the pet. so if you have a idea of how to do this without building a human looking eidolon i'd love to hear it.

with the change to core races coming up soon I've decided to create a kitsune (probably hunter Hooray ACG) and take the fox shape when it becomes available to me (lvl 5 grrr different thread to make). I plan on having my character wield a great-sword before changing shape, so my question is could I have the have my character wield the great-sword as a fox at a -4 size penalty.

before someone says no you don't have any hands I was thinking of having the character wield it like Sif out of dark souls. I have a couple reasons for this 1 it would be awesome from a role-play point of view, 2 it would give four times the damage of bite, and 3 it could solve the fox reach issue because the sword is 5 feet long. but mainly it would be awesome.

second question would the fox be able to ride a roc animal companion assuming I made my ride check.
