Pros
1. Great Setting.
I really like the Asian horror movie theme the module has and i think that Minkai (and to a greater extent the entire Continent of Tian Xia) makes for a wonderful setting within Golarion.
2. Challenging
Having run this scenario three times so far, not once did the players seem as though they had it too easy. However two of the encounters seemed to be a bit over CR for the high tier version of this scenario.
3. Maps
I love the map layout and had a lot of fun drawing the map out on to game paper and superimposing the upper floor onto the balcony overlooking the atrium.
Cons
1. Deadly (but there isnt fun without a little danger)
The scenario has the potential for TPK's, especially in two of the encounters where the CR seemed to be a bit underestimated.
