The archery competition had been enjoyable, it always was fun to show those humans for whom their bows were designed. There only had been real competitor but the boy was a Half Elf so he at least had part of the racial aptitude with the weapon. Still, he had proved no competition at the longer distances. He did prove to be enjoyable company though, despite his sometimes human-like mannerisms. They had spoken only in Elven, no need to include the humans in their conversation, "You still have a lot to learn Seph. I mean, your skill with the bow is decent enough but you are still years from calling yourself a master. I mean, even I am still years from killing myself a master." Purely basing the results of the contest on our to hit bonuses with the longbow here ![]()

For starters I'd say that all the Elves that come from Mierani Forest and Half Elves with ties to it should probably at least know each other by name and face. Same goes for the Tiefling, if he is from Elven stock and from that area. ![]()

ClevrGamer was in the same campaign as I was when playing with the Ranger and he and I would joke about how effective it was in combat with a composite longbow. We can turn it into a competition then, as Yuelthea also is an archer. |
