Ysoldt sees Kyra being TORN UP bad, and immediately rushes over to dispose of the angered fish. She struggles against the torrents, but eventually manages to break free of the vortex to close the gap on the shark. She attempts to slice it twice.

Ysoldt finishes her little ritual. Seeing it produced at least some results, she seems momentarily satisfied, but her face changes to a stern one when the creatures appear. She stores away her medical kit and instead pulls out a blade from her shin sheath as she tries to not be taken by the currents.
"Here we go again, I guess..." she quickly swims towards the closest creature and slashes at it. (Red)

"Heh! Besmara's time of the month, I guess." Ysoldt grins at her own joke. "Nobody? Really?" for a few seconds, she looks around the group for reactions.
"Fine, I'll take a look." she moves forward pondering how to shut down a tornado on the surface, let alone a blood tornado on the sea floor.

At a safe distance, she draws a runic circle into the floor, spriknles some torn up kelp around it to make it look like the ritual area. In the middle, she puts a small vial with blood from her medicine kit. She looks at the vortex, then at her little scene again, and reavhes into the medicine bag again. Pulling out a small, hungry leech. She uncorks the vial to shove the leech inside. "Darling..." she whispers to the lerch. "We have an overabundance of blood here. Eat up!"
No idea if this will work.

Based on thr last round, my battle medicine and then Kyra using a 3 action heal, I have the following:

Ysoldt carefully maneuvers around the injured for a while, making sure their wounds are healing and not inflammated or irritated. She bandages a few cuts, although not sure how well will that do WITHIN the ocean.
"I'll take a better look on dry land. These working conditions are just alien to me. Working on a boat... Fine. Working UNDER one..." she shrugs. "Your guess is as good as mine."

With Eldon out of harm's way, Ysoldt reaches for the dagger between her teeth and stabs at the creature twice, then tries to remain in the same place with the fins she is not used to.

Ysoldt looks over the turtle as it snaps into someone, the water nearby gets a nasty brownish hue. She hurries around the turtle to help whoever that was. I will tank the AoO, if it has one.
Reaching the now unconscious Eldon with her dagger in between her teeth, she quickly reaches for some smelling salts, pulls them out, and realises she is under water. She puts the vial back in, and instead pulls out something that seems like a toe-sized bag made of intestines. She carefully puts it between Eldon's teeth, closes his mouth, and forces his jaw shut to pierce the bag and spill the contents out.
"Not quite the time to die on us, friend. Keep some distance if you can. And make sure to keep one hand here if you can help it" she tries to soothe the halfling while moving his hand to a wound on his abdomen. Then, immediately grins and turns around to slash at the turtle. With various degrees of success.
Sorry, Nilaglade. Eldon dying over here with 1 bad roll before the character is retired. Can't just let him bleed out in favour of a flanking strike. looking at the rolls, not that it would hit, anyway.

Ysoldt curses under her breath as she has to swim towards the turtle again. She puts the dagger in her mouth to have it ready, and starts plowing through the sea.

The sailor screams as the turtle bites down on her torso. Fortunately, it was only her tools that broke, not ribs. The turtle tosses her around a bit, then releases for some reason. Ysoldt nods towards Kyra as she appears next to her in the chaos and closes her wounds.
Filled with a new vigor, she decides to swim and return the favor to the beast.

And she swims... Somewhere. Like a confused artistic swimmer, she makes a strange backward roll and appears in the same spot where she was at the beginning.
"What?" she exclaims as she is about to jab her dagger into whatever it is in front of her. But it's not the dragon turtle. It's Kyra. So she stops herself, and turns around.
Not sure what happens here with a nat1. Do I sink lower? Do I use an action to move again to get where I wanted to be? That could also provoke, so lemme know. 1 action used so far.

"That might be a problem." she smiles at Kyra. "Let's see."
She swims a little further, but remains near the hull. She screams at the turtle to frighten it a little.

Ysoldt considers a sling, then dismisses it, and pulls out her dagger. She swims to cover, just in case. Leaning against the hull of the sunken ship nearby, she waits for the chaos to ensue.

I have to do all three actions to help the sailor? Not sure on that part, but it makes sense from a narrative standpoint, so let's do that.
Ysoldt rushes to save lives as fast as possible. She swims to the unconscious sailor, while looking at the dragon turtle nearby. Her heart pumping in fear as the creature moves around. She reaches the sailr, pulls out her knife to cut the rigging in the right places, then tries some mouth to mouth.

When the last creature drops, Ysoldt runs towards Deroff. "Come here, boy! Did they bite you?" she uses a slightly lower and more excited voice to talk to the pooch. "But you got them back, right? So it's all good. Who's a good boy? WHO? You are!"
She continues the pet talk while she carefully cleans the canine's wounds.

As she does so, she keeps one ear open towards Meleeka. "Once we managed to swim there, what are we to do exactly? Clear out? Help fortify? Observe and catalogue? I'm confused. Or should we simply report to this Remendi fellow?"
After Deroff seems fine, Ysoldt looks at the fins, and steps next to Kyra. "I mean... It depends on whether you prefer dolphin or shark style of swim. And how well can you wiggle that..." she pauses. "Erm. Tush." she finishes sheepishly.
"Just put them on, it should help with speed in water, I guess."
She pauses.
"You can all swim, right? What about Deroff?"
