30 feet up are the lower battlements, where the large young blue dragon is currently struggling against Sir Alphonse Veritas, who is flying by way of his celestial platemail.

Not quite; Alphonse is currently flying via the aid of the angelic wings provided by Greater Angelic Aspect.

Alphonse is barely touched by the electric breath. Due to electricity resistance 10, he takes only 1 damage.

"Leave this instant and I will not pursue, young dragon. Persist in this foolishness and I will be forced to bring you to a premature end. You are no match for my own might, or that of Heaven."

If the dragon does not immediately begin to retreat, Alphonse attacks.

Haughty and cocky, full of undeserved confidence, the young blue dragon defies the paladin, and he promptly saws her in halves with Foereaper! The dragonparts drop from the turret trailing blood...

Smarting from Alphonse's smiting stroke with Foereaper, the young blue dragon snarls and blasts the paladin with a bolt of lightning from its fanged jaws, aimed so that the bolt passes in a line through Alphonse to strike at Ogon Fox where the kitsune has just dashed up next to Johann!

Lightning breath (80-ft line) deals 6d8 ⇒ (2, 3, 5, 3, 6, 4) = 23 electricity damage to Alphonse and Ogon Fox, Reflex DC 18 for half damage (or evasion)...

*BAZZZAAAAAAAPPP!!!*

And a blue dragon the size of a large horse perches upon a forward turret...
