I don't see how you can be strong-armed into anything when those people are your customers. So now your customers, rightly or wrongly have pissed you off. Interesting. I just don't see how that conversation adds anything to the discussion. Such an odd way your company puts together a customer experience. I wonder if your employees pay homage or just customers.
