Card declined


Customer Service


So I tried to subscribe to adventure path and card game, card was declined. I spoke with my credit card company and they indicate the charge was posted. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Most likly the address on your credit card bill does not match the billing address on your account. They put in a security check not too long ago that once authorization comes from the credit card company, but before they take the $ they confirm the address from the authorization matches the billing address on the account in the 'my account' at the top of the screen.
