What kind of bonus does an alchemist's potion of bull strength give? is it +4 enchantment even though he doesn't use magic? Is it a +4 alchemical bonus? and if so does it stack with a mutagen effecting strength?

That's a bit silly! There is zero difference between pulling out a potion raising it to ones lips and taking a swig and pulling out a mutagen raising it to ones lips and taking a swig! Omg did you see that alchemist swig that mutagen that's was amazing, supernatural even!!
