My apologies if you already took this into account, but should the -4 for attacking while

Prone:

The character is lying on the ground. A prone attacker has a –4 penalty on melee attack rolls and cannot use a ranged weapon (except for a crossbow). A prone defender gains a +4 bonus to Armor Class against ranged attacks, but takes a –4 penalty to AC against melee attacks.

Also I forgot that Improved Trip adds +2 on my CMD vs Trips, which makes War's CMD vs Trips 29. I have corrected the character sheet. Sorry for the omission.

"I can try to knock one of them out non-lethal unarmed strikes but that's much less effective than attacking with NEGOTIATOR. It's best if we try to eliminate all but one as a threat. If we try to use non-lethal tactics on all of them we expose ourselves to too much risk. And it's not like we have strong enough rope to tie up a giant. We'll need to eliminate all it's companions and then surround it. And hope it has some kind of common sense. But.. Siobhan if you have a spell that can restrain multiple giants that would be an option"

War listens to the Giants sense motive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22 wanting an excuse to engage the Giants and eliminate a threat, but he is aware of the daggers Siobhan is staring at him REALLY??? you want to let them go so we can fight them when they are together with their more of their friends and a DRAGON? War sees no need to let them go but he relents and lets the Giants go despite his better judgement.

Once the Giants are out of earshot "Of course it occurred to me, even through my thick skull! I wanted a reaction and an excuse to eliminate them as a threat. We're here to reduce the threat of a Giant army. Do you want to fight them all at once? or pick them off squad by squad? I know what I prefer. Fine... you're gonna say 'but they can lead us back to their camp'. Duh, that's what Ithalil is for. How hard do you think it's gonna be to find where a Giant Army is camped out? Really"

And with that Wargrym stalks off swinging NEGOTIATOR through an intricate series of moves seeking peace and calm in his martial dance silver tongued women! talk talk talk...belong in the damn kitchen!

War and Sio have the same goals but sometimes disagree vehemently on how best to accomplish them :)

It could be that these Giants are allied with it as well and by letting them pass they may cause trouble for others less able to fight back. Typically Stone Giants are not evil marauders and will leave you alone if you let them alone BUT..."

Alright seems like we're in a little lull here so I may as well ask for opinions.

Til now I've left War's 11th lvl feat blank. I wasn't sure what to choose.

My idea for now is to fill it with a filler feat until Siobhan is able to finish crafting a combo

Standing 5’ tall with jet black feathers and an abnormally small sharp beak Xui looks more like an owl than a raven.

Personality:
Xui is an odd combination of brash showman and devout monk.

Character Backstory:

Born and raised in a monastery Xui was always a show off and long to go off into the world. When he came of age for his walk about he left on the first Caravan. Among his travels he met Sandru on a caravan. Aftler getting to know him and hear about Shalelu he began to become enamored with the women worshipping her like a hero. Even after Sandru retired Xui would occasionally join his caravan on a short trip in hopes of running into her.
