So, I'm a tech guy. Just throwing that out.
It's obvious that Paizo hasn't had this much demand for so much downloadable content on their site. I'm guessing there's a fundamental problem with the WebObjects script that does the PDF generation, and the more people clicking, the worse it becomes. It's probably not slow, but rather the generation queue keeps getting overwritten to the point where it never actually generates your pdf (except for the few times you squeek in).
It will be fixed, but it will take someone time and effort, and its hard to work on a running site. Patience, and you'll get your stuff. It sorta sucks that I can't get mine, (although I've had it work twice now), but I'll live.
