So WHEN? I have 2 bundles of books for over 400 bucks on hold now because your current credit card processor denies ALL 3 cards that I tried and I verified with my bank (where I also work at) that the problem is not on MY end but your provider is the problem (the card I used for years with Paizo and other companies successfully is suddenly not good enough anymore for your CC provider). I have been fighting for getting the payments through for weeks now, but your support team cannot tell me why payments do not work, but apparently your CC provider cannot tell what the problem is. Get rid of that one, it's not helpful, get a provider that can tell you WHY, when declining CCs. I really want my bundles (and more will queue up, I am subscribed to 6 paths), so urgently need you to switch to the new stuff so I can go with whichever payment options/providers you have in there.

Is there an update on the timeline for this? Because I have 2 shipments pending now where the Paizo payment provider suddenly declined my card, and also another card and a new card do also not work, but they work WITH EVERY OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDER I have added them to. So I really need to swap to a different payment system like Paypal now because I get zero support to fix the issues except support telling me "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." I checked with my bank (where I also work) that there is NO ISSUE with any of my cards. The issue is Paizo's payment provider. SO WHEN? Because I am really upset right now that I got no solution after a dozen mails, trying 2 cards and many variations of name & billing address, upgrading my bank account to get a new card, only with that one failing again... and not getting my stuff. EDIT: Just found the new blog post about it. I am still upset tho that half a month of mailing back and forth and trying around there was no solution found. Paizo really needs to get rid of that one payment provider or get it to respond with proper messages what they think the actual problem is with a card.

Hello, anyone ever thought about offering a PDF only subscription? With all the COVID delays and higher shipping costs it almost makes more sense to only sub to the PDFs and buy the physical books once they hit the large distributors like amazon over here in europe. The shipments from the US take as long as it takes amazon to have them available, and shipping costs + customs + taxes + fees from customs for "contact free" etc it is not more expensive to just buy both (pdf+physical) at full price. Any thoughts on that? Sure I can just cancel my subs and then buy the PDFs as they come out, but it would be nice to have them automatically in my downloads, which would also be a reminder to now check amazon for the appearance of the physical version(s). Any thoughts on that? :) Tillerz

Hello, as I already posted in https://paizo.com/products/btpy88qu/discuss&page=8?Pathfinder-Rulebook- Subscription#383 I thought I had started the core rule subscription one item back and would also get the "Pathfinder Advanced Player's Guide" Is there a way to fix that? That's the only book I am missing now. I started the subscription Jul 30, 2020 with the Bestiary 2. Thanks for help!
