I know a few years ago there was a blog post stating that pocket editions of 1e books would continue to be printed 'as long as it's profitable to do so'.

Can we get an update on which books are likely to see another print run and which are gone for good?
(for example, Ultimate Magic pocket is unavailable pretty much everywhere except ebay)

For the books which Paizo sees no value in reprinting (plus things like the Player Companion line), is there any possibility of them being made available through print-on-demand services?

Unwavering mien says whenever you are affected by a mental effect that lasts at least 2 rounds, you can reduce the duration by 1 round.

How does that interact with mental fear affects?
If I get Frightened 2 from a dragon's fearful presence, does it fall off after the first round?

Does a Brawler flurrying with Unarmed Strikes get full or half power attack damage on the extra attacks?

I'd assumed full, but I'm second guessing myself and can't actually find anything saying the extra attacks aren't counted as 'off-hand', even if all made with a single weapon/limb, so now I'm leaning more towards half.

And as a loosely related second question;
Would a Human Brawler who has boosted his Grapple CMD via fcb get that bonus when the person he has grappled makes their check to escape, either via CMB or Escape Artist?

Is it ever possible to add more than one effect from Blade Ally to your weapon, or does using any level lock you out from using every other level?
Do any other classes obsolete their choices like that?

Let's take for example a falcata and a +3 str mod.

With Vital Strike, you're rolling 1d8+3 (this is multiplied on a crit) + 1d8 (this isn't).
With Mythic Vital Strike, are you rolling 1d8+6 (this is multiplied on a crit) + 1d8 (this isn't), or 1d8+3 (this is multiplied on a crit) + 1d8+3 (this isn't).

On a crit, what's the damage?
Is it 3d8+9 + 1d8+3
Or is it 3d8+18 + 1d8

Well, more a king, really.
Or Emperor? God-Emperor has a nice ring to it...

I'm not so up-to-speed with 2e full casting, beyond the received wisdom that it's been reigned in a lot from 1e.

With that in mind, how could one go about magically creating their own nation?
I'm talking 'wizard (or sorcerer) walks into the desert, raises city walls from the sand, brass constructs patrolling the walls, magically plentiful food and water supply', the works.

Builds are great, but just spitball theorycrafting is good too, any suggestions of what feats, spells, items, whatever would come in handy?

Question is pretty much what it says.
Is there a spontaneous arcane caster which gets Weapon Focus as a bonus at first level?
Prepared arcane can get it (Kensai Magus)
Prepared Divine can get it (Warpriest)
Spontaneous Divine can get it (Battle Oracle - I guess if there's a way for a bard or Sorcerer to pick up a revelation at 1 that would work too)?

Any thoughts?

I know there are the poster maps available, and some very cool dudes have done some digital work, but are there any battle maps/flip-mats available for actual tabletop play?

If there aren't any AP specific ones available, has anyone found some easily repurposed generic flip-mats they would recomment?

Level 6, captain, not looking to multiclass but not zealously opposed to it either.
Looking for effective and fun rather than super-optimized.

Solar Armour, obviously.
Dex = Cha >>> everything else, or do I need to really heavily prioritise Dex?

Multiweapon fighting small arms viable, or do I need to drop a couple of feats into long arms?

How well can it work as mobile battlefield nuisance?

What are the traps I'm most likely to stumble into?

Or other ways to mitigate light sensitivity?

I'm toying around with an idea for a swordlordy devoted muse.
Rostland Bravo swashbuckler.

Would the Devoted Muse archetype's deeds class feature advance the archetype's deeds, or just give vanilla deeds.

I'm thinking the former due to the note of 'levels stack with other classes with the deeds ability', but wanted to double check I'm not getting the wrong end of the stick there.

Pretty much what it says on the tin.
UPS tried delivering my book during the day, while I was at work, so left it at a UPS pick-up point over an hour away which closes before I get home from work.
I requested redelivery to my office via their online tracking portal.
10 days later, still no book, and I was due to be away for the next week, so I phoned them to request that they actually, you know, deliver my book, as crazy a suggestion as that is, and that I'd need it delivered to my address the next day because I'm going to be away for a couple of weeks as of the following monday (and don't forget, by this point they've left it sitting for over a week anyway, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable).

They refuse. Apparently it's too late in the day for them to be able to leave a message with someone to sort out their screw-up. Because I've had to go around in circles for over half an hour through their automated phone system which is intentionally designed to drive people off the call before they get to speak to someone. And since I tell them that if they can't deliver it the next day, they won't be able to deliver it, they tell me they're just going to return it to sender then.

So yeah, after that pretty poor experience, I'm done with it. I'd like my money back since you can't seem to actually get a preordered book to me until at least a couple of weeks after the release date.

Cheers.

Quick couple of questions on how this feat works if you've got more than one casting class;
Relevant Text
Prerequisite: Ability to cast arcane spells.
...For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +5 at 20th level.

If you multiclass two arcane casting classes, is it based on total caster level, or just highest?

If you multiclass Arcane + non-Arcane casting classes, is it based on your highest arcane casting class level, your total arcane casting class level, your highest caster level even if it isn't Arcane, or your total caster levels across all classes?

Quote:
Parent Classes: Each one of the following classes lists two classes that it draws upon to form the basis of its theme. While a character can multiclass with these parent classes, this usually results in redundant abilities. Such abilities don't stack unless specified.

So, I'm sure we're all familiar with this line from the Advanced Class Guide.

I've seen it claimed by a few people on the forum that a multiclass gunslinger/swashbuckler wouldn't benefit from both Nimble dodge bonuses because of this line.

But, is that true? The 'abilities don't stack' only calls out redundant abilities.
Dodge bonuses stack, so getting two doesn't make either of them redundant.

In the same vein, I've seen it claimed that a multiclass rogue/slayer wouldn't get the sneak attack from both, but since sneak attack is just 'add some dice to damage', and there's already a ruling that sneak attack from multiple classes stacks, would either actually be redundant and thus covered by this?

And how about spellcasting for an arcanist/wizard?

For sake of simplicity, let's say I'm hitting with a regular longsword, +1 BAB, no strength bonus (I know the numbers aren't possible, but that's not important for hypotheticals).

Standard MPA hit: 1d8+3
Critical MPA hit: 2d8+12

Standard MVS + MPA hit: 2d8+6

Now, with MPA, the damage that would normally be multiplied on a critical hit is double the non-critical damage bonus. 6 points in our hypothetical example.
So does that mean the Critical MVS + MPA is;
3d8+18 (1d8+6 for vital strike, plus the 2d8+12 for the crit)
or would it just be;
3d8+15 (1d8+3 regular damage, plus the 2d8+12 for the crit)?

Extra hypothetical
Since Mythic Vital Strike states that you add the damage bonus that would normally be multiplied on a critical hit, and Mythic Power Attack adds double it's normal bonus on a critical hit, would Mythic Vital Strike in fact always add double the usual Mythic Power Attack damage? (so 1d8+3 + 1d8+6 in our example)?

Simple (hopefully)... do shields count as weapons, for the purposes of things like the Two-Weapon Warrior archetype abilities, the Break Guard feet, and so on and so forth?

Okay, so two closely related questions on Ultimate Combat's Performance Combat rules...

The First
Performance Combat has a list of triggers for Performance Combat checks, which take various sorts of actions. The Free action checks can be taken as Swift actions.

Performing Combatant allows you to treat any combat as a Performance Combat, to make use of your Performance Feats outside of the stage.

Performance Feats give you bonuses if you take your Performance Combat checks as Swift actions, which is why you'd want to take the free action triggers as Swift action checks.

Master Combat Performer allows you to take Performance Combat checks as a Free action.

Does this mean that if you take a Performance Combat check as a Free action instead of a Swift action (or Free action instead of a Swift action instead of a Free action... you follow?), you don't get the benefit of any Performance Feat?
If so, what's the point? Just to get those few Performance Combat checks which are Swift actions by default as Frees?
Why would it have the feat which allows you to make use of your Performance Feats in regular combat as a pre-req, if it has nothing to do with using your Performance Feats in regular combat?

The Second
Dramatic Display and Savage Display both provide an untyped bonus that lasts until the end of your next turn.
If you make the check again before the end of your next turn, do these stack?
For example: You have 3 attacks. Your first attack crits, and you make your Performance Combat check, gaining +2 to your attack rolls until the end of your next turn from Dramatic Display. You make your next two attacks with the bonus.
Your next turn starts, you make your first attack, still with your +2 bonus, and crit again. You make your check again. Do you make your next two attacks still with just the +2 bonus, or +4?

Couldn't find if it has come up before, but...
How are the ability score boosts you receive while the skinwalker is in their animalistic form counted for feats and class abilities?

For Feats, are you treated as having the higher ability score, but if your non-shifted stat doesn't mean the feat pre-req, you can only use it in your shifted form, or can't you take it at all?

For class abilities, how are things like bonus spells/HP/lay on hands/smite uses/Bardic Performance calculated, where your appropriate ability is raised while in your animalistic form?
