I was trying to make a Captain America-type character. Can I give a throwing shield magic weapon enhancements separately from the armor enhancement? Or would there be a problem between total armor enhanement vs. total weapon enhancement?

I have an important question: I purchased the Citizens of Himmelveil PDF but the only PDF in the download was the instructions and character backgrounds. Did I misread the description or were the paper minis not included in the download? Any help with this would be appreciated. |
