Starfinder has become my favourite rpg so far, right after Pathfinder... One of the things I love the most is the lore, so this book is full with it, think your Campaign Setting book... while not as big as the Inner Sea Wolrd Guide, aldo of my favourite books, still is a good purchase. I would just love if the Starfinder books would be as big as the Pathfinder, or at least, if they are not the same size, then they should not be sold at the same price. Anyway, great book, a must if you are planning to play Starfinder in the core setting which, by the way, is awesome!
Just to put it simply, this is an amazing game, the rules are an improvement over Pathfinder, but nos as simplistic as 5th edition. And the setting is just a great... we are having a blast playing the Dead Suns campaign. So far, it has become my favorite rpg!
This novel shines in all its splendor. Undoubtedly, a homage to Burroughs and even to Verne, the characters are interesting to follow and I really liked how they change and mature throughout the history. On the other hand the atmosphere, settled in the Draklands, is highly evocative, and full of fantastic descriptions. The best Pathfinder novel so far. Highly recommended
