About Tara Nova

Tara Nova was born to a dancer on a casino ship in the Diaspora. She never knew her father and when her mother
vanished without trace one day she and her brother had to survive on their own. Tara was only 14 at the time and
her brother was nearly two years younger. They worked little jobs for tourists, gangs and even pirates. The
outgoing and socially adaptable Tara didn't have many problems but her introvert brother kept getting bullied or
negatively affected otherwise so after a few years Tara decided to flee the Diaspora as blind passengers on a luxury
yacht. They ended up on Absalom Station. After a few failed attempts of finding an interesting Job Tara founf her
calling as holonet streamer streaming her private life not conceiling any details nonstop for several years. This
earned her a certain celebrity status among local holonet viewers and a reasonable income through her contract with
the streaming platform. Her brother who inspired to become a scientist joined the Starfinder Society. When he
vanished in the Scoured Stars incident Tara Nova who always was protective about her little brother immediately
joined the Second Seekers to work on rescuing him. She had to stop her fulltime streaming for that reason but still
keeps on streaming as much as possible in her off time. While the first exploration into the Scoured Stars region
didn't help her find her brother she is still determined to find him and expresses a grim optimism about the matter.
After striving to rescue the remaining Starfinders in the Scoured Stars region for a while now Tara was very surprised to find out that her little brother found his way out of imprisonment by the Jinsul by himself. Even though her brother had changed significantly after his return she is very happy to have him back. She is not overly concerned with his new body and other changes he went through since she still feels the kind personality in him that he always had and is proud that he seems to be dealing with the situation quite well.
She still focuses on the task to free the lost Starfinders and fend off the Jinsul, maybe even more than ever. She feels that she owes others who were not as lucky as she to get their loved ones back.

Physical Description: Tara is a slim, good looking human female with a well toned, muscular body caused by regular
training, workouts and sports activity. She has blue eyes, blond hair and has several tatoos on her body including on
one side of her head that she usually shaves. She doesn't shy away from augmentations but isn't heavily augmented at
the moment. She usually wears medium to heavier armor, sometimes flashy and somewhat revealing but also with a certain
elegance to it. She wears a lot if lilac and purple tones with pink highlights. Both in melee and rages combat Tara
usually prefers pretty heavy weaponry.
