This is my trapspotter, what suggestions do you have? My shoulder slot, neck slot and my ring slots are pretty much set in stone, but I’m at least willing to listen to an argument. Note that this profile isn’t 100% accurate, there are some mistakes that I need to fix, such as Morlock Hide armor +3 as that item does not exist in Society.

I just don’t have the heart to do it. Somehow Tally McMillen stubbornly refuses to go down and stay down and this is partly to do with the effort other players put in to keep me going. I don’t like the idea of undoing that work with a wave of my hand. Maybe next time. Maybe.

Tally feels tapped and has a hard time keeping pace with the retreating pathfinders. She spots a retreating barbarian in the crowd, a woman with an absolutely massive sword keeping the many groups moving and jumps up on the barbarian's shoulders, spreading her wings out and interposing herself between the Pathfinder and the claws of many ghouls.

"Keep moving, I've got your back!"

She throws herself in front of several attacks and uses her wings to parry more. Tally uses the retreating Pathfinders as stepping stones to find squads struggling to escape within this massive withdrawal and uses her body as a literal meat shield to protect them. She keeps moving further and further down into the rearguard of the frantic flight out of Gallowspire but finally the last pair of legs escapes the combat zone. Overcome with relief, she falls off the shoulders of an heavily armored fighter and collapses face first on the ground.

"I"m just...give me a minute. Give me a minute."

Tally opens her eyes and groans loudly before hacking up a bunch of black goop.

Keeps some space? Not my style.

“Marcus, if I don’t keep throwing myself at whatever pops it’s head out of the ground, how will I keep making you look good?”

She tries to smile wryly but grimaces and holds her side as she hesitantly attempts to stand.

“Although, to your point, I feel like I’m having the worst hangover in my life. I don’t know how much longer I can keep going. Maybe after this...maybe I should keep my distance from...from any more adventures.”

Tally manages a wink and a chuckle while she makes a pained bow to the rogue.

“I just can’t keep meeting men like this anymore. It’s very unladylike.”

Blam! I went down hard. It’s hard to catch me flat-footed, Tally would be pretty impressed. The fight looks good so that’s something at least.

Tally falls over, at first trying to get back on her feet but soon succumbing to the poison. She grabs her locket and moves no more.

I will attack the shadow near me, fighting defensively and using combat expertise, then flying to climb on the bug monster. I'll fly to avoid as many attacks of opportunity that I can, but the movement itself will provoke from at least the dude I am fighting.

"Hold on, I'll be there in a second. I can't climb onto ghost."

Not anymore. Those where the days.

I don’t have anything to heal myself that I want to use. I spend a round trying to clean myself, 3 rounds dry heaving, then 6 rounds using my wings to flap around and try to dry off.

Swinging twice, maybe they will hit with the blind penalties it has. Free sneak attack at least. If the Fort Save is from an inhaled poison or toxin I am immune, but I think it’s from gross river water. I want to see what the result of my Fort Save is before I take my turn.

Thanks for the reminder Agata and I agree on popping the aid token. My first roll of my dirty trick maneuver was the natural 20 so thankfully I didn’t mess that up too much.

Well now. I’m not sure that the word ‘fortunate’ could be used to describe those rolls.

Tally moves to make an opportune strike against the giant skeleton but a thought flashes through her mind, distracting her.

Where did this thing get it’s giant hat? Did it make it or did it find a gigantic hat shop? Is it a normal sized shop that sells big things or a shop made for giant undead?

She snaps out her train of thought and a tried to think of her next plan of attack. Constantly fighting outside of her weigh class once again forces her to think creatively and her mind flashes back to a fight with a giant robot years before. She springs into action, climbing up the creature’s face and diving into its oversized eye socket, blinding it!

“Oh my god it smells like a hospital made of old gym socks and rotten meat in here!”

Tally refuses. It you wanna peek under my spoiler tab Gaétan, you can. You actually made me change my mind so I feel like it’s the least I can do.

As the specter of death crumbles, Tally let’s herself fall to the ground. She thuds against the cold floor as dark whispers fill the room as well as her mind with promises of life unending in exchange for simple favor. The temptation is there, it’s pull strong. She sits up suddenly and is about to speak and welcome this knowledge into its new home and give it refugee from oblivion, but Gaétan’s words still ring in the air and give her pause.

The lad is right. Things grow old and their time passes. Someday the Cóiste Bodhar will catch me when I’m too old and feeble to get away, but that’s is how it’s supposed to be. Oh Shelyn of course, it’s like the beer I make! Nothing is supposed to last forever, and that’s what makes it beautiful. Drink me while you can world, you can only cry when the tap runs dry.

Tally puts her head back on the floor and continues singing softy to herself as the cacophony of voices die down. She pulls out a locket from under her armor and holds it tightly, knowing she made the right choice.

I’m not taking an AoO without flanking, I’m not attacking at all until I’ve fully spooled up. Can’t poke the bear until my stick is long enough and all that. I make my save, he misses me and as an Immediate action I will use a Panache point to activate Underfoot Assault. Mr Reaper has a -4 penalty to his attacks vs targets that are not me as long as I am attached to him in addition to his -6 penalty to hit me. On my turn I am going to fight defensively and turn on Combat Expertise, boosting my AC by 4 and 3 respectively. Now I am ready. Full attack. Bunch of misses.

Tally patiently waits as she goes for a little ride on the Reaper. Avoiding getting distracted by flashing colors, she uses the opportunity of the missed attack to climb inside of the Reaper’s robes and fully focuses on her defense. She begins to sing to herself to calm her nerves.

Before we get to far ahead of this, a couple of questions/clarifications.

Mr Mcbigs hit me for 43 damage but the tracker shows me at -53. His attack roll was a 53, was this a mix-up or did something do an additional 10 damage?

This one is totally my fault. I don't know where my out of character text went but last round the 'black moss' that I ate was Spectre Moss from

and this makes me immune to negative energy and negative levels for one minute. If there is something that overrides this, that cool but I gave you no indication that I was under this effect.

The last thing I feel really bad for not asking earlier. My climb check does not provoke normally so I am finding out (just now because I didn't pay attention) that he has reach. Since he is a medium creature, what is giving him this reach? Are his arms looking like pool noodles? Is he Lunging? Does it seem like this is a magical effect of some kind?

You don't see him often, but Shevar was the guy who did your briefing in the Tomb of Righteous Repose.

A weird question for a weird situation. Would the fact that the pillar that is powering this ritual is now in a pit, moving it 70 feet, effect the ritual at all?

I'm turning on my Spider Climb shoes and I'm going to try to climb on him. I am popping Martyr's Shard 3 on Gaétan's bow to give it the ability to overcome the first 5 points of DR versus an undead enemy.
I am also popping Survivor of the Wastes to boost my AC and reflex saves for 1 minute.

Do you not already have Heroism on you? Agata has two more preps of it that have not yet been used and will cast it on you if you don't already have it.

I did, but I lost some of my buffs when I died for a bit. If you wanted to hit me with a heroism I would be very grateful, and I’d take a scroll of Death Ward instead.

I’m vote for staying in Champion and abstaining from the super boss. It seems like we are going for it though and I’m excited.

Given everything that has happened I don't trust this negative level dude to stay dead. I will give the Vrolikai a quick stab, then move to climb on the green demon. It isn't clear how Mirror Image works with my Climb Check, so I'll leave that up to you.

I am not sickened, but I do lose a level. Before I take my AoOs, I need to know if does Geatan threatens at the point in which I would take them or not.

Given how the last few in game minutes have gone, I'd imagine that Tally would be a bit more cautious. I am going to fly around to the pillar to get cover from everything, then Ready a Move Action to move to and then climb onto the first enemy that I see. I will be averting my gaze.

Tally swoops and down and grabs on the wall, waiting to use her perch as a springboard to launch herself at whatever lumberfoot demon pops his head out.

With the way the ring works I need to be conscious when I die. This is Tally’s last trip, although I’ve said that before, so I will use my special splash potion of BoL. Save the gloves.

“Oh I don’t want to do this but we need to act fast. We have about forty five seconds to make this plan work and I don’t see anyone with the ability to raise the dead, we can only shock it back into the land of the living. Here.”

Tally pulls out a vial of silvery liquid and flashes in the light. It a splash potion of BoL (CL 20) from a chronicle sheet. Use it on me if needed.

Tally pulls out her dagger and takes a shot from her hip flask. Then takes another. She begins talking to herself as she mentally prepares.

“I’ll do most of the work, but I’ll need someone else to finish the job. Any volunteers? I’ve never been killed by an angel. Maybe Marcus? Oh, I’d rather not get whipped to death. Shot in the face with an arrow? Ugh. So many choices.”

Tally takes the knife in her hands and for a moment hesitates. She shakes her head.

No time to dilly-dally. Like taking of a bandage. Except the bandage is being alive.

“It’s rude to keep a lady waiting. Tick tick on the clock!”

It's a stupid plan, but its a plan. Chip myself down and have Marcus or Geatan finish me off, then BoL me. You can't death effect what's already dead.

Yikes! I'm going to be honest, I'm a a bit surprised that she made it as far as she did. Multi-classing has its benefits but it does cut into my saves. Combine that with making the decision to use my shoulder slot to give me flight instead of boosting those saves makes them sub-optimal, to say the least. A level 18 caster has big DCs. I've been lucky so far, but it had to run out sometime.

The burst of sound blasts over Tally and catches her unprepared. I’m going to fly over to the Purrodaemon and try to climb on it, using the weapons that are stuck in its body as easy handholds.

Tally takes flight and weaves through the weapons on the creature’s body as she climbs on it. She begins talking, mainly to herself, to keep her mind off of what she heard.

After being healed by Arillia Tally peers into the mirror and sees herself traveling through the deepest reaches of the earth. The group she was in were closing in on a necromancer's lair. They had chased her from a dwarven museum through a maze of caverns and atop giant bats. Tally grins as she watches the final battle, a heated flash of spells and divine light. The final blow to the death obsessed fay was a punch to the face followed by an stream of profanities, finally punctuated by the turning of a skull into a pulpy mess via blunt force trauma.

Gods I got old. Ugh, what was happening with my hair? On second thought between the crew cut and the temper, I'm glad I've moved on from that.

I'll roll all that stuff again because of the potential Dex damage. I can't punch through this thing's base DR, but I can help Marcus to do so. I will then ready a free action to touch Marcus' Whip and active my boon Martyr's Shard 2 so we can end the ooze.

My dagger is holy. It’s broken, but i can still hit things with it so that will keep its regen off. Also I could use the boon Martyrs Shard 2 on a weapon I am touching to give it a +1 enchantment (which stacks with existing enchantments) and makes it strike as a good aligned weapon for 1 minute as a free action.
