Was there stuff in the bedrooms that we failed to find? Not sure if we missed goodies there.

Much like the first One Shot scenario, it seems like the fights are pretty tough, and the pregen characters don't have a lot of healing. Not really my favorite types of characters, but I didn't realize until partway through this scenario that character death in Adventure Mode doesn't kill the character to which the credit is applied, so I guess I'm a little more que sera sera about dying.

Unless you're ruling that I held on to the silver dagger (my preciousssss) when I went unconscious, I don't see any way to not provoke.

Grabbing the silver dagger will provoke whether I'm standing or prone; if I stand and provoke, the AoO goes against regular AC, if I grab the dagger and attack prone, the AoO goes against flat-footed AC and I take a penalty when attacking.

So, um, maybe now would be a good time to ask for rules clarifications on dead pregens? :D Also, some general information on dead characters would be appreciated (I know I could probably read the Guide more carefully).

1. Normally, if a pregen dies, does the character to which the credit would be assigned die?

2. Normally, when a character (even a non-pregen) dies, does the character still get XP credit? Treasure Bundles? Reputation? Boons/items?

3. In this specific case, the character to which the credit will be applied (assuming credit is applied) has a legacy boon from Envoys' Alliance.

Takemiru should be down - the glaive is a nat 20 / crit, so 28 slashing plus 16 evil (he had 34 hp). He should also be at Dying 3, as he was Wounded 1 going into combat.

I suggest we try to relocate him into the pit. I think we have the advantage at range - Takemiru has the returning trident (20'), Jaithe daze (60') and telekinetic projectile (30'), Kellsti divine lance (30'), and Zerryd the hand crossbow (60'). It's possible he doesn't even have a ranged weapon (although he might have spells).

We'd need at least one successful Athletics check, but if he steps out, I think it would just be one check. Zerryd and Takemiru can Aid each other (maybe one Athletics to Aid by Grappling, while the other tumbles behind and pushes).

Kellsti, you have a silver dagger in your inventory. Maybe Zerryd can use that for melee strikes?
