We played in High Tier and we had a blast with the first part of the adventure - the haunts could have used some more skills, but it was fine.
Then we thought we finished the Boss of the adventure and were somewhat disappointed. The fight up to this point were really easy.
But then suddenly the last encounter started - a monster that should have been announced somewhat before that, but just wasn't. It got no reason for being in this big city. We didn't even had the Elite Template on it and it just downed one character each turn. It ended up killing one and we others barely survived by running away. This was a total disappointment to an otherwise great adventure.
