Yuki begins,"We still have the problem of them knowing it's us. If either Nesswen or I walk up to them for a 'chat', they'll start swinging swords around." She looks at Zanian funny,"I'm pretty sure they know what we look like." After thinking for a couple of minutes she suggests,"How about we do what Prevara said: observe the area. Then, we just try to sneak by whichever way we see fit. If the guards see us and try to stop us, we take them down?" Laughing she points out,"I know it's not the most brilliant idea, but I don't really see much of an alternative. And buying new clothes just to rip them up does seem like a bit of a waste, especially if it doesn't really work."
"I assumed that the guards would want a round 2 with us if we were spotted, not to run and tell. What better way to get your dignity back, right?" Yuki says while still thinking. "Also, even if they were to run, they'd probably get reinforcements. This group isn't all girls, just half, so it's not that embarrassing. Male or female, this group is a huge threat!"
But now that we've jumped track. Lemme bring us back. Is there a map I can look at to "Pin Point" these areas this Old Lady is talking about? What's there to really pin point??? They pretty much hunt everywhere around the city where it's dark. So, we go walking around in the dark. They'll find us. :D
Yuki stays silent for several seconds as Sara remembers her dead brother before saying what she wants to say. She, then, turns toward Nesswen and calmly states,"I don't know how useful you thought the scarce information on these shadow beasts would be, but I think that's as close as we're going to get." She looks around the table as she says, "I think our best bet is to just merely wander around the dark streets as Savidus has already pointed out." As she smiles at Prevara she clarifies, "Together, no bait."
Oh my goodness! She's not only a skank, but she's a cocky skank?! That's awesome! Rotfl! Btw, is the idiots thing suppose to be ironic?
Yuki looks to Zanian,"I don't think spliting us up would be a good idea. The work for the second group consists of directly dealing with the Hellknights, while the first, if it goes according to plan, shouldn't have to." She turns her head towards Nesswen,"Do you think each of us has the strength to throw them over the bridge with all that armor? If any of us has a chance of doing that, it's Prevara and Savidus."
Holy crap, I was thinking the EXACT same thing, just worded a lot better! That's hilarious.
When Yuki hears Prevara fall out of her chair, she turns her head to look at her. Seeing as she's okay, and even laughing, she lets out a small giggle, but quickly goes back into her conversation with the first Tian she has seen since she's left her home. "Traveling a lot has it's good and bad points. In my opinion, the good ones outweigh the bad. It allows you to see and experience things you wouldn't have otherwise. One of the main things is that it can give you different perspectives of things. It can even change how you think completely. On the other hand, it can be dangerous, both physically and mentally. When I say mentally, I mean, home sick, culture shock, not being able to adapt, it can hurt relationships, etc. And all that I said for the good points can be turned around to be the bad. I'd say that I think I'm doing pretty good so far, and most of it has been fun," she says with a grin. "Why haven't you been able to travel?" she asks with almost a frown.
Yuki quickly and a bit excitedly responds, "That's very funny you say that because I was wondering the same thing about you. Well, I hung out at the Five Kings Mountain for a while after leaving my home to find something better. While I was mourning at the mountains, I found out about how badly the people of this city were treated and wanted to help. I thought it be better to leave there anyway, and was ready for a new adventure, especially one where I can do some good. So how about you? Why did you come so far?"
Yuki wonders why Savidus stood up to sit back down. She reasons that he obviously was going to get or do something, but forgot or changed his mind. She shrugs, then says a good morning to everyone in the room with a small bow. Because everyone else is eating, she assumes that she's allowed a plate. She gets a small portion of food, then sits down at an empty chair to eat.
Seeing people that don't look like they can cause much harm at all, Yuki takes her hand off her staff and follows Janivan much more calmly. I hope they don't find us; these people seem like they'd be little help. She introduces herself warmly trying not to let her worries show on her face for it would be a little rude. They have gone though just as much if not more than her.
So I basically have a brand new computer. Yay!!! Btw, on my last post, I thought it said "small silver of light." Silver light sounded weird, but James showed me that it said sliver. Sooooo, it doesn't make sense. Just rethink it as she's been a little suspicious this whole time because she just met everyone and they're already having to trust each other with their lives. She becomes even more uneasy getting to the building (poof! a beast comes out of the building! a trap!!! Haha), but it's most likely better to go in there than stay outside. :)
