About Sumac

Though one of the small folk, Sumac is proud to stand four inches over three feet. He has light brown skin and bright blue eyes. His shaggy brown hair and thick mutton chops blend into the furry leather vest he wears in the colder weather. Below a simple leather belt the halfling dons soft buckskin trousers and leaves his feet bare.
He carries his medicine bag slung over his shoulder, its leather strap decorated with sprigs of holly and mistletoe. On his other hip he wears a small but sharp sickle and a pouch of sling ammo. He either carries his sling staff or tucks it into his medicine bag.
Always at the young druid's side is a huge grey wolf. Known as Gripper, or Grip, the large canine serves as Sumac's mount and bodyguard. Yet the halfling would warmly call Gripper his most trusted companion.
