The 3 half-ogres are on the roof of the gatehouse, the 6 orcs are in the barbican, we should be able to deal with each of them separately, and separately from everyone else. (hopefully) The orcs around the pit are drinking and presumably not armed. If we can cut them off from their weapons it'll make it easier. We could try to help the dwarf by shooting the bear or something, that'll cause confusion. Or chucking a better weapon down? Which'll mean he'll be more help later. If we can make them think it was another orc that did it, that'll keep the element of surprise. There also should be another dwarf somewhere who we can maybe rescue. If there's no obvious leader around the pit, then they are probably in one of the tents.
