I do have a drunken master buff monk who is level 4 and carries his own keg on his back for his drunken ki :P He could be the voice of reason for the party...

Also on the table is a brawler/warpriest who may or may not be themed after a certain namesake villain of an 80's cartoon show involving four reptiles. Working on making him a tekko-kagi holy tank.

Have a tengu barbarian fighter going through invulnerable rager. Just need to give him elven chain and swimming won't be a problem.

And of course, Sritaro, who at least front lines well :)

@GM: Would it be ok to make a charge against the grenade to kick it forward some? Essentially it'd be a bull rush-like maneuver, but since it doesn't replace a standard attack, wanted to know if you'd allow such a thing.

Sritaro punches the man in the face so he is unconscious again. "I want to tossss him in the water...", Sritaro indirectly asking for options on what to do with the pitiful captive.

I'll use 4 of my PP for another restoration, so between Silas and I that'll cover both negative levels. So we really need the raise dead cost of 5120 IIRC. Assuming everyone is ok chipping in and subtracting the overall gold earned, 1952 gold will cover the rest.

I'm ok with selling the non-potion equipment. In particular, the breastplate at 1400gp will resell for 700gp, leaving 1252 each to split. However, I think that may be double dipping of rewards. If it isn't, that's 210 gp more 6 ways to cover the rest of the raise dead, or 326 gold each if the breastplate cannot be sold.

If you wish to spend all of your gold towards your own RD, I'm ok with that, but let's see if everyone else wants to chip in first before digging into numbers.

Alright so we'll have to get about 5000 gp... and do you have 4 PP to spare Silas for at least 1 Restoration? If not, I do have the PP I can do for a spellcasting for you, although I only have 400gp to chip in.

On that note, level 2-4 is my least favorite for a raise dead situation. Too many scenarios played to call it a wash and too few to usually have the resources to handle it. I had that happen in a scenario, level 3 paladin tank died holding the line in the first combat; had the NPC the party was meeting conveniently have a scroll of raise dead to use which the party bought at cost of the spell... then the same PC died absolutely in the next scenario (no raise dead possible for the poor paladin whose soul was given to an evil goddess).
