I'm a use it if you got it kinda guy. Already used mine to get my Wayang Monk the Braid of 100 Masters boon. Now he's gotta save up for it, lol.

Thanks. Sorry for the confusion, I was trying to make this a spoiler free question. It really boiled down to the phrasing "non reach weapons" causing me to pause and scratch my head, but I guess everyone is in agreement unarmed strikes count as weapons.

Can the trait Goblin Bravery be applied to unarmed attacks? (Asked the Wayang Monk with a mischievous grin.)

So... two thirds the way to 2nd with Squonk the Wayang and I realized two things:

1) Illusionists are a rough ride. Everyone and their uncle are resistant if not immune to illusions. Plus they take WAY too many actions to maintain.

2) I really do like making front rankers more than just about anything. So I have complety rebuilt Squonk, and he is gonna ABSOLUTELY suck for the first couple levels. Level one: Monk. Fear my 1d4 unarmed badassery. Level two: Fighter. More 1d4 + nada Mcflurries. Levels 3-20: Ninja.

Quiz Time: What archetypes am I gonna take at first and second, and what feats am I gonna take at 3rd, 5th, and 7th to make this a build to be feared? (Note: Squonk has to be PFS legal.)

Don't ignore the stealth skill. Even without it being a class skill, it should be respectable.

If the Black Company series taught me anything, it's that sneaky wizards are to be feared.

LOL, way ahead of you, I took Highlander as one of my traits!

I just got access to the Wayang boon and genned a Shadow School Wizard with it. With the !!8!! Binding Darkness-es I'm gonna get a day at level one, I have NO REGRETS about not going Sorc.
