I also apologise, had to get on a plane from Dublin to New York the other day and am still traveling.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

"Hmmm... plans aren't exactly in my sphere of expertise but I do believe there may be more to this then simply goblins, we should tread lightly whatever we do."

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig nods at Lou, mounting Fergus and drawing his lance.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Still around. I'm cool with looking in the village now.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig wakes up, slightly dizzy and his vision blurred for a few seconds, "Wh-where am I? What-what? Oh? Oh. Well er.. what just happened? I was having the most astounding dream."

When they continue with the walking, Assuming no one has any objections to continue tracking Trig looks up at Alfonso, "Good Sir, I do like your bird. What type is he and from where did you get him? And how does he become a tattoo? "

My posting has been low as of late but when exams are all done I should try and post more. I'm fine with whatever pace.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Fergus: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Well, crap.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig, upon seeing an animal in peril draws his lance and charges on Fergus toward the plant, trying to cut it, "Whoooop, Finally some action!" Fergus barks loudly during the charge, eager to help Shadow.

Trig turns to Shalewen, You know this area better than I, should we cross the bridge? I can't imagine that Shadow enjoys getting wet, Fergus quite certainly doesn't."

Sorry for lack of posting lately, exams hitting hard.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig replies to Laurentii, "Never personally, however many of my order are skilled trackers and we have not one but two wolves on our side so tracking them would be a good plan. Also that's Sir Jegman to you I was never ... all that fond of my first name."

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

"We should be wary on these roads," says Trig, to no one in particular, still riding Fergus, "I've heard about a gang of vile brigands that have been raiding and stealing around this area, the rushlights they call themselves, I was told by this varisian fellow who brought me into town. It appears goblins aren't the only dangers here."

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig, following Shalewen and Laurentii runs out the door shouting at Ameiko, "I shall have the payment for my room ready by sundown Miss Ameiko. Now, Fergus, Taistil! Onward!"

Sylvan: Ride

He hops on Fergus who runs along to catch up with the others.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig also introduces "Good day to you all, I Sir Jegman of the order of the beast. I served in the Lastwall cavalry for seven years but I grew up among the druids of the Tusk mountains so I have much experience in the wildlands. This is my faithful mount, Fergus. As I said I am a knight of Lastwall and thus I have considerable combat prowess, for a gnome. I hope I will prove useful in this brief escapade."

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Sorry I haven't posted in while, real life hit recently.

Trig, padding along on Fergus with Alonzo, says to him "You know, I was planning on taking that quest to kill the goblins to pay for lodging at the dragon, I may need some help. If you join me we shall split the bounty if you wish, good sir."

Upon reaching the mayors office and seeing Shalelu he greets her "Good day to you, I do believe that you... ahem ... assisted me with some goblins the other day. I never got to properly thank you for that, so you have my gratitude, miss Androsana. I was going to go into the marsh to get back at those goblins and perhaps earn enough to stay in town."

He looks at Laurentii and Shawlewen "Are you two heading out as well? Perhaps you could use additional support, I served in the military for nearly a decade I'll have you know. What do you say? We can split the bounty." He then looks slightly quizzically at Shalewen, "Perhaps we could also discuss wolves, it appears Fergus here wishes to meet your companion."

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Nope, but I might go into mammoth rider if prestige classes are allowed.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

"The special please, my good man."
Trig eats quickly, "Simply delicious, sir."

He turns to Alfonzo, "I served in Lastwall's cavalry for seven years but now I've decided to travel the world. Military service got fairly dull."

"Something about that half-elven woman is a bit... off, wouldn't you agree. Those goblins could kill her, they nearly killed me." Says Trig, to no one in particular. He then stands up.

"Anywho, I'm off to see this Shalelu. You said she was at the mayor's office, yes." He says to Ameiko, hopping on Fergus and checking he had everything.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

Trig looks confused. "Did she just ignore me? Hmmph."

He reads the message aloud and then says to Lou.
"May I have some breakfast now chef if you don't mind terribly."

He walks back to bar, very hungry from the long walk to Sandpoint.

Male Gnome Cavalier/1

As Trig sits down next to Laurentii and Ameiko he says to her "Yes I do wish to rent a room, as long as you can provide a suitable shelter for my dear Fergus here, he is well trained, do not worry, he was with me in the Lastwall cavalry."

After the town guard had nailed the notice to the door, Trig walked over with Laurentii to Shalewen and the Kellids, greeting them both "Good day"

Sense motive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12

"Hmm... curious, It appears they cannot read. The bounty does sound good though, will help me pay for my room in Sandpoint should I be so inclined."

He looks over at Shalewen, "Good day to you, I notice that you have a wolf, would you mind telling me what breed he is? Fergus here is a Mindspin timber wolf, used by the 14th cavalry of Lastwall, beautiful animals."

Trig, having spent the night camping in the hinterlands and arrived at Sandpoint a few hours earlier, walks through the door of the Rusty dragon, Fergus the wolf at his side. He calls out, to no one in particular, "Good day to you all, I am Sir Jegman, knight of Lastwall's order of the beast and I wish to speak to the manager of this fine establishment to request a fine breakfast lodging for tomorrow night, Fergus here needs his beauty sleep you know. I was informed of this... er," he takes a few steps outside, leaning back to read the sign on the inn's door, "ah-yes this "Rusty Dragon" by an elf called Shalelu Androsana. She... helped me defeat some goblins out on the road the other day, though I'm sure I could managed them fine myself. She told me to mention her name, said she was a friend of the inkeeper. Does anyone know if she is around here at all? I never got the chance to properly thank her. "

Yeah, Trig does go on a bit.

Have we all been staying in the tavern or is it up to us to decide how to make an entrance? Also, if we've been staying in the tavern where does Fergus the wolf go? Does the rusty dragon have a stable. I doubt Ameiko would allow a live wolf in her inn.

Checking in, thanks for the invite.

Well, It seems I forgot to take max starting gold, Weird. I'm almost positive I did. Anyway I bought some new armour with the extra gold.

Other than that, I think he's good. 15 point-buy, Max hp, traits, personality and motivation on his profile.

Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything. Good luck to all who applied.

Is Trig complete? Just checking before recruitment closes.

Applying with Trig Jegman, a gnomish beast rider cavalier, backstory (my writing sample), personality and crunch are all on his profile.

Sir Trig Jegman is a Flamboyant cavalier who charges into battle on exotic mounts.

Well, whatever. Enjoy your game.

If you aren't full already, I'd like to apply as Trig Jegman, a gnomish beast rider cavalier. I'm relatively new (about 6 months experience) to pathfinder and this would be my first pbp game so I may have done stuff wrong already.

Backstory and personality::

From a small enclave of gnome druids in the Realm of the mammoth lords, Trig never had any skill with magic but retained the druid's love for taming and riding the beasts of the land. Trig was the subject of much ridicule from a young age because his parents, in a quintessential display of gnomish prankery gave him a (gnomish) girls name!

After many years of peaceful (if slightly annoyed) life in the wilds, Trig went out to seek fortune and fame, finding his pet wolf in the Mindspin mountains and later travelling to Lastwall, where he met an order of cavaliers that combined a druid's love for animals with the cavalier's skill with arms "the order of the beast." They taught him how to charge with lance and swing an axe and, while he was of no noble blood, they gave him his new title. From then on he was known as Sir Jegman.

He was sent to Trunau as an envoy from Lastwall charged with checking in on the besieged town

Trig is boastful and carefree, ruthless in the defence of the natural world. He often does things without thinking about consequences. While of no noble blood, Trig has all the flair and flamboyance of medieval aristocrat and demands that everyone refers to him as Sir Jegman.
