![]() It doesn't really rip off body parts, it just sort of removes them... Not really any blood or gore of any kind and for limbs, it leaves nubs. I basically just take their part, and any powers associated with it I get some or all of.
If this doesn't work for you, I can try and come up with something else, I just need to know if I need to. ![]()
![]() How do you feel about the grafting power from the Ultimate Power sourcebook? I had an odd idea for a sort of protector/mobile prison who has existed for many years stopping super-villains by either taking their parts to take away their powers and using them himself or even taking a part of theirs, then removing it from himself to regenerate so that the part and thus the power is gone for good. He'd be some sort of odd creation given life long ago by someone powerful ![]()
![]() Sigh..... Here's my character sheet.
John Mason was a military man, good at what he did and always tried to do the right thing. This meant when he discovered his superiors committing horrible crimes, they decided to put his iron will towards their own ends. They knew of the existence of a so called "Super-Gene" and attempted to manipulate his to get him to erupt in a way that served their plans. Unfortunately for them, their understanding of what they were doing was limited at best, and he emerged unable to be influenced by any of their attempts at control.

![]() Assuming a normally medium sized monk takes the Titan Strike feat to increase damage of unarmed strike as if +1 size category, and then uses the stonefist gloves to do a similar thing for a total of +2 size categories, how do I figure the damage? What if that same monk is also a gestalt druid who wild shapes into a large creature thus gaining an effective +3 size categories to unarmed strike damage? ![]()
![]() Starting at 1st level, building Druid/Monk to shore up my defenses and also because the storm shape damage is based off unarmed damage. Taking Extend Spell for buffs and mostly going to be a tanky melee guy My main issue is with storm shape, both in terms of how to increase the damage you deal while shaped and also what you can do while in form. Can I spellcast? The bestiary information on whirlwind says I can't make my normal attacks or threaten stuff, so what all can I do? Also are there any things to be aware of or avoid when using this prestige class? ![]()

So basically these are shark men with large jaws and a ferocious demeanor. They don't deal well with people, and are on the big and bulky end of medium size. I tried to make them good for things other than just fighter types, which I think stalker and a wisdom bonus help in that regard. I wanted to make it aligned with the plane of water but as it isn't an elemental I had to settle for a vulnerability to electricity. ![]()
![]() The guy who runs my FLGS seems utterly convinced that the item that will be given out on free RPG day and the Goblins of Golarion book are the same thing. He bases this on the fact that they are both about goblins and that the first sentence in the description of goblins of golarion is "Here there be goblins" He's nuts right? ![]()

Level 6 Inquisitor with the Narrows Survivor and Heirloom Weapon traits (Falcata) Gave him Power Attack, Furious Focus, Step Up, and the feat that let's you make knowledge checks about monsters as a move action instead of a standard action. He has Duck and Cover and Lookout as his free teamwork feats (In part to cover his low reflex save) He has max ranks (6) in all the knowledge class skills as well as bluff and sense motive. Magic items of note include a set of Elven Chain, a Ring of Sustenance, a Helm of Comprehend Languages and Read Magic, and a pair of "Sunglasses" that give him +5 to Sense Motive. He uses a Falcata two-handed for his weapon. His best skill of note is Sense Motive at +22 First off, should I make any changes to any of the above? Are there any good Pathfinder prestige classes for Inquisitor, or do I keep taking more Inquisitor? Are there any good ways I can increase his meager (37) Hit Points? ![]()
![]() Play an old man fighter type who uses a sword cane. Make him some kind of war vet who has great physical stats and lots of combat experience, the kind of guy you'd never expect to be able to kick your ass. Find a way to give him immunity to fear because of all the things he's seen, and maybe even some command type abilities... ![]()
![]() I've been using the Playtest copy of the Alchemist core class for a character I've been playing in my weekly pathfinder game, but I picked up the APG this week, so I need to know if anyone can tell me the sorts of things I would need to change to make my character fit with the final rules.

![]() So I'm an avid 3.5 player who got to play in my first Pathfinder game on Tuesday. I've been waiting to do so for a while, mainly because I wanted to try out the alchemist core class. So I bring in an elven alchemist (5th Level) to the game, and he seemed to be doing pretty well, what with the killing it with fire and more fire. (Potent Bombs and Precise Bombs) That is until we come upon some plant creatures who can grab us with tentacles, stun us, and then swallow whole. My character ends up getting hurt to -5hp and swallowed before he is cut out by a fellow party member. (9 Con) The party then stabilizes my character and puts him on the back of a horse of one of the party, which the paladin decides to use to ride in on and charge the other plant creature who was in combat with the druid. (Druid didn't want to leave his animal companion to die) The DM Rolls randomly to see who the plant attacks (Me!) and does enough damage to kill me.
DWARF! So the DM rules that I keep all of the elven racial traits based on upbringing (Weapon profs and such) and lose the traits of being an elf while gaining the traits of being a dwarf, but not traits of dwarven upbringing. For more fun, my character doesn't speak dwarven! So assuming Reincarnate only affects physical ability scores, I am a dwarf with an 18 intelligence who is an alchemist. What do I do now?
