Appearance: This comparatively short but lean catfolk girl has silvery hair worn in a flaring bunch behind her head and a blue-grey striped coat of fur. She wears a simple light leather jerkin over a long sleeved short purple tunic dress, the skirt of which partially covers a longer, flaring and wild pixie-style skirt held in various shades of purple, orange, yellow and green. Black tights and simple light leather boots cover what is visible of her legs. A long slightly bushy cat tail trails from underneath her skirts flowing in an echo of her body's movements.
From her belt hang a sheathed rapier next to a small pouch. She rests a finely made, red violin on her shoulder the bow in her other hand ready to play.

Background (Far Traveler):

Personality:
Trait. I regard every challenge with optimism and an innocent sense of humor.
Ideal. Happiness. Everyone deserves a fulfilling and happy life.
Bond. My freedom is my most precious possession. I'll never let anyone take it from me again.
Flaw. My devotion to Selûne is what gives me purpose. Without it I am nothing.

Shirraj is a bright, inquisitive girl. Even for a catfolk she is outgoing and carefree. She gets along well with others and tends to have a sense of humor about most things. She likes to entertain and make others smile and enjoys hearing and telling stories.
Despite her demeanor Shirraj lacks a sense of self-worth, she committed herself to Selûne and her faith gives her the purpose and confidence that she lacks on her own.

Old backstory (ignore this, I'm just keeping it for reference purpose):
Having grown up among the Silverclaw tribe deep in southern Garund, Shirraj spent most of her life oblivious to the terrible threat of the demons pouring from the Worldwound and the Crusades mounted to combat the abyssal onslaught in the distant north.
She loved spending her youth learning about stories and legends from travelling strangers. However she felt her life amounting to nothing among her small reclusive tribe, which gnawed on her selfconfidence. She decided to commit her life to something larger and turned to Desna, whom she had always had a deep but inexplicable connection with, and even before coming of age Shirraj left her tribe behind to travel in her Godess's name and learn more about the worlds and its legends. Travelling further and further north Shirraj picked up many stories and a fascination for music. She found the best way to worship Desna was to create music herself by learning to sing, dance and play the violin, a curious instrument travellers from the far north gave her.
Curious of the culture of the travellers' homelands Shirraj travelled further north to Avistan, where she first heard tales of the rift to the Abyss known as the Worldwound.
Fascinated and horrified by the tales and hearing that another Crusade was being mounted to combat this threat, Shirraj was convinced it was this place that Desna's hand had guided her too, and that she needed to aid the brave people facing the abyssal hordes. She went on further to see this place herself and help however she can to beat back the demonic armies.
