It has been 13 days since my order shipped and UPS still is saying there is no tracking information available and it has yet to be delivered. Any update on where my package is? Thank you for all your hard work!

I've emailed and made 2 previous posts about this and now I'm getting irritated. Watching threads get responded to around my thread is just insulting. I have been a loyal Paizo customer and I don't understand why my very simple issue is being completely ignored, but if it is not resolved quickly this is going to become a major issue. Customer service does not even have the respect to respond to me and that is something that reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I don't want to have to start telling people about how my favorite company let me down. If anyone, customer service or otherwise, could even just respond to this to let me know I'm even being seen, that would be fantastic because I'm starting to wonder if I'm shadowbanned for some reason.

I've emailed customer service and posted on this thread once already, can I at least get a confirmation that my posts are even being seen? This is starting to get frustrating, I'd just like my issue to be resolved if at all possible, and if its not possible at least tell me so I can give up.
Paizo customer service has been very helpful to me in the past, so it is quite disheartening to experience this lack of communication.

I emailed the customer service team about this issue Nov 11th and have not received any communication back, so I figure I'll try here.

My last subscription shipment (Order 36247420) was split up into smaller shipments for some reason and I ended up receiving two copies of Belly of the Black Whale, and 0 copies of We're No Heroes. I was hoping for this to be a simple resolution, but after nearly a month I fear time may be running out to resolve the issue.

Paizo customer service has been great to me in the past, so I'm willing to just chalk this up to the pandemic, just hoping to get it resolved quickly.

Was just flipping through Runeplague and saw the Gargantuan Peacock Phoenix and I desperately want a mini of it. Has there been any talk of minis for Return of the Runelords yet? And if so, when?

Starting Curse of the Crimson Throne soon, considering connecting my character to House Jeggare but I can't seem to find either a family tree or even a comprehensive list of everyone in House Jeggare. Anyone have any sources, trees, or otherwise information that could be helpful? Thanks!
