I emailed the customer service team about this issue Nov 11th and have not received any communication back, so I figure I'll try here.
My last subscription shipment (Order 36247420) was split up into smaller shipments for some reason and I ended up receiving two copies of Belly of the Black Whale, and 0 copies of We're No Heroes. I was hoping for this to be a simple resolution, but after nearly a month I fear time may be running out to resolve the issue.
Paizo customer service has been great to me in the past, so I'm willing to just chalk this up to the pandemic, just hoping to get it resolved quickly.
