I've emailed and made 2 previous posts about this and now I'm getting irritated. Watching threads get responded to around my thread is just insulting. I have been a loyal Paizo customer and I don't understand why my very simple issue is being completely ignored, but if it is not resolved quickly this is going to become a major issue. Customer service does not even have the respect to respond to me and that is something that reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I don't want to have to start telling people about how my favorite company let me down. If anyone, customer service or otherwise, could even just respond to this to let me know I'm even being seen, that would be fantastic because I'm starting to wonder if I'm shadowbanned for some reason.
