Scarlet concentrates a moment, see if she can detect if the other fiend is still close by activate divine sense

"You will not win this day hellion." Scarlet attacks Thessaly Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4, but misses.

Scarlet continues to press the attack, with renewed vigor.

Scarlet fully realises she's outclassed here, but she will not back down... She charges the creature, sword and shield in hand.

It is almost certainly worth someone taking the time to hit Beryl, assuming its not too metagamey to know that would work.

"Everybody down" calls Scarlet and notes the flash towards the side door. She gives chase.

Following Skyreaver's excellent example, can Scarlet distract a guard while Beryl sneaks past?

Scarlet is not one for deception or stealth. She tries to keep track of her companions while bringing food from the kitchens to the guests, as far as she can see they keep getting rebuffed from their explorations... Trying again may only provoke suspicion.

With a wry smile Scarlet picks a Tiefling mask, and filters into work as Serving Staff. She speaks quietly "We should try and spread out among different roles and locations."

'Krys' signs in some swirl that looks like it could be word, but is impossible to determine what word that may be. "I am the very soul of discretion."

She sighs as she approaches, distasteful of the deceit, though her voice purrs as she approaches the man. "I am Krys, and serving others is my calling. It has been said my hands can relieve the pain of hard work and battle and I am quick to study and anticipate the needs of those I serve, I do fear I may have been misinformed as this city - I thought it stood for purity, and I have seen no less than four inhumans on the way here."

Scarlet near growls in reaction to the guards threatening the woman. "We cannot get involved and risk our cover" she utters quietly more to herself than her companions.

Scarlet eagerly climbs away from the filth and smells of the sewer, and equally eagerly cleans herself up.

Upon her transformation, she looks similar, but her pale skin has a swarthiness to it and her hair black. Her clothing becomes more simple, but in the same style.
Her eyes tighten as she looks in the mirrors. "I look like my mother, or at least how she looked when I was small."

"Unless anyone has the ability to speak with the dead, I suggest we will find little more here."

Scarlett continues to press her attacks

Scarlet manouvres closer to Jiro, while lashing out with her blade.

Scarlet drops as she is overwhelmed by bites from the tiny creatures.

Scarlet stands fast, attacking the swarm nibbling at Ember.

Scarlet marches forth, swinging with her sword.

Scarlet draws her sword, and moves towards the mass of rats.

As a non-human myself, I think that is a safe assumption. I dislike deceit and thievery, but I acknowledge the need" Scarlet bristles but follows closely.

"You call, we answer, what do you need." Scarlet sees no reason to not be straightforward.

"I concur, I find myself driven here, and while we are small group to change the nature of a city, greater things have been done with less."

Scarlet looks at Ember as she enters, fellow planetouched are rare enough to provoke her interest. She considers a moment before approaching, "I hope you don't find me forward, but you appear a kindred soul."

I'm easy either way.

Scarlet's skin crawls, this place is a hive of corruption and villainy, a part of her wishes to pull out her blade and bring them all down. But no, she will not be ruled by it.

She stands out, her pale skin taking on the smokey orange colour of the torchlight. Her eyes dark, she mentions she's looking for honorable work to the barkeep and takes a seat and a drink to pass the time.

Since neither other option fits, I'll go with stopping at the stop.
